There were a few hiccups along the way but it was mostly due to issues with the supply chain, sourced from an outside company. The client relations manager, Riveka, was excellent. She was on the site frequently to evaluate how things were going and make sure everything was perfect. She was also able to help with design input and arranged for a paint selection professional designer to do an on-site visit. The owner, Mynor, was also excellent. He came frequently before and after the job. He was able to come up with some work arounds to address any issues. I had already picked out everything before I hired them, as I was going to work with another contractor. Most of my issues were fabricator errors and related to an outside supplier. Unfortunately that caused many delays and Kairos worked with me. I am glad I choose Kairos. I thought their price was fair and was happy the owner wanted to make sure the job was well done.

But get this, they have a discontinued room. Shhhh. Go in there and maybe show them a picture of what you want and ask if they have anything similar that is discontinued. I was able to get a porcelain tile that retails at $20 a piece for $8 a piece. Score! And the manager is so friendly. He supplied my mom her tile when she built her house years ago and still remembers. He gave me a bag of their grout which doesn't stain or grow mildew. Would definitely recommend Chesapeake Tile & Marble for anyone doing some renovations or new build. You'll find one of a kind tiles that your regular home improvement store won't carry.
