After payment no materials and after many calls, no response. The GM, Chris Fischer, with whom we worked with on the scope of work and estimates, told us he no longer works for the company. We contacted MD and their license is suspended, they do not occupy space at the address given, and we are moving forward with a formal complaint and lawsuit. Save yourself the loss and headache.

We were dealing with Jack, the owner, who initially responded; but after taking our deposit, he stopped answering our calls completely. We tried following up multiple times with no luck. Eventually, we had our admin office call on our behalf, and they actually picked up, gave a date to be on-site, and then, again, didn't show up. After that, they started ignoring our admin's calls too. Then on October 1, a random person called us saying someone would be at the site on October 2 or 3. When we pushed back, saying this was the third time we were promised a date, the caller admitted they had no idea about our project; they were just told to call and say someone would show up. Unsurprisingly, no one came, and since then, we've been completely ghosted again. We now have no choice but to hire a different company, which is delaying our own business operations and impacting our clients. After checking Yelp, we discovered this company has done the same thing to others, taking deposits and not following through. We feel scammed and are demanding a full refund of our $4,500 deposit. Need less to say the pool water was terrible and smelled. They said the put some shock in. First, the filtration system was not cleaning at all so I , put in an over amount of shock. It did take the smell away but still was not clean. Had my son recheck both top skimmers and found a plug was left so the water could not flow to the filter. Now after a few weeks I was able to get the cloudiness out of most of the water. Shock, the cleaning jets on the pool wall still had the plugs in them. So total plugs never removed were 6. No wonder I could never get the water clear. I paid a total of $575 because of my in-ground cleaning system , which could not work properly until I removed all the 6 plugs, which should have been done when they opened it. I was totally surprised this morning with a text from the owner of BMA pools. He had just come back from vacation and just read my text to him. He apologized for any of my inconvenience and sent me a refund of $200. I have no knowledge about foundation work and this person outright misled me. After coming into my home and starting the work, the company admitted they could not do what the representative said they could do and what the contract I signed said they would do. They did not seal my crawl space, they did not reinforce a sag in my flooring structure, they placed a sump pump drain line outside the area that I requested, they left food and clothing items in my crawl space after they were done. They bullied me. The work is sloppy. And then I allowed them to come in again to sweet talk a workaround that wasn't done correctly either.
