When they finally showed up 5 hours late we had no other choice but to begin our move late. We needed to move everything to a storage space before 10pm. As the 10pm deadline approached we realized that we weren't going to be able to get everything in the storage that day, and all thanks for these guys not showing up on time. What they had to do now was to load up the truck with the remaining furniture and then go to the storage next day at 6am and load the rest of the furniture to the storage units. They finally moved everything into the storage space the next day, then came the horror part of this story. When we went to the storage to look at the furniture a couple of weeks later we encountered the biggest mess I have ever seen in my life. Our friend highly recommended Dalin and I ended up calling in the afternoon. The team was able to fit me in last minute and come by at the end of the day to take a look at our AC unit. He did a thorough check of the unit and let us know that we were low on refrigerant and confirm that there was a leak somewhere. Unfortunately, due to the size of the leak, he couldn't pinpoint the location. At this point he offered genuine advice on what we could do and at no point pressured us in making a decision. He actually advised us that, since the leak was so small, it would be more cost effective to top the refrigerant level than to go through and replace the unit, but he did offer proper warning that it wasn't a guarantee fix. After talking it out a bit, we decided to go through with his suggestion, that way, we could take more time in the following years to replace the unit on our timeline versus making a rushed decision now. The day after came/went, I contacted him again for the estimate and learned that Eduardo was going out-of-town the next day for two-weeks and refused to email the estimate! A Red Flag!
