The design installed was incorrect and did not match the original plan or expectations discussed prior to the project. After bringing the issue to the owner's attention, I was initially assured that the problem would be corrected. Based on that assurance, I moved forward in good faith. Unfortunately, the owner later declined to fix the issue and did not honor the commitment that was made. To make matters worse, I had to make clear to office rep how unprofessional it was for me to keep calling in order to speak with the owner. I also had to spend additional money out of pocket to clean up after the installation and purchase materials costing $4400 to correct the problem myself. What's most frustrating isn't just the mistake--it's the lack of accountability and follow-through. Mistakes can happen, but standing behind your work and honoring your word is what defines good customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to not proceed with them.

I had to pay someone else to finish the job and they had to take over control of the switch that he installed to get things working. Olen also left me without basic instructions like the password to my router. I don't know if Olen is still working, or if something happened, because he simply stopped communicating. Regardless, he walked out without completing the job and no explanation.
