I left my pipe at home 2 and a half hours away and needed something until I could get it in a couple weeks. This shop is exactly.1miles from my new place. The exterior just looks like a little house but the sign by the road is very visible and easy to find. This shop still doesn't sell Marijuana, even though it is now legal in MD. If you want any CBD products they are very well stocked and the glassware section is an awesome collection to choose from. The lady working at the front counter was super upbeat, welcoming and ready to answer any questions and she helped me make a selection of a small bubbler. The prices are really good!! Most pipes were less than $20 and my awesom Bubbler was only $27 which is a great deal considering it is good glass and quality not a piece of crap off of amazon. It's such a bummer to hop on Yelp and see negative reviews for Chesapeake Vape! As a Kent Island local, I've been coming here for years, even when I've moved away and I've always had the best experience with the products and customer service that I've received. I've changed my vaping style a few times over the years, and Elizabeth has always been helpful in guiding me on the type of mod I should get as well as how long to expect my coils to last. As the vendors for juices change up, I'm able to come in and she remember the types of juice that I enjoy and points out new options for me (I've never been steered wrong either!). They also have CBD products like gummies and pre-rolls, which, after talking with Elizabeth, helped me in finding the right options for both myself and my achy grandmother. There are so many different things here and a really knowledgeable staff that it's hard to leave here disappointed. Make sure you check them out! I don't leave many reviews but I fed like I need to for Chesapeake Vapes. I've been to vape shops all over the place and Chesapeake vapes is worth checking out. I was in a pinch and forgot my bottle of juice at home so I needed to grab some to hold me over. Bought a $100.00 unit there on December 26 the unit failed did not have receipt. They did nothing at all. I understand I should have kept the receipt but I think my old faulty unit leaked on it. Funny thing is the sale shows up on my bank card. Thats ok lesson learned had been going there for a long time.If you shop there be sure to keep your receipt since they don't stand behind the products they sell. P.S. ejuice has the same unit for $54.99 Alien 220 .They charge $99.99 but I thought I would support a local brick & mortar store. The sales attendant could not have been less helpful. read more

They do not stand behind their products . I am one of many people who received faulty products and complained and they refused to help fix it. They are now selling "tobacco" pipes and accessories so they do not care about vaping or the people who vape. They just want a profit . I should have read the reviews before coming here. I also bought a product (not the first from here) that ended up defective after a few days. If your a regular customer I would have thought there would be better treatment than what I received. I was insulted along with my friend who I brought to get some help as he is a new vapor. He needed help understanding his product which was a gift to him. They did NOTHING to show him how it works. Instead we were both insulted. I was told "I must be the only person who doesn't keep her receipts" and all I wanted was an even exchange. My friend who is foreign was told "he didn't even understand the word receipt or the word banana. What owner insults their customers who did nothing? I will NEVER return or bring new customers in ever again! I should've known better when this happened the first time and they wouldn't honor any exchange. I'm not asking for my money back! BTW- better read the fine print in the bottom of the receipts! Vape Bird is 1000 times better! Shame on you! read more
