Finally, the one gentleman nice enough to ring us up, while the other two were talking to friends or on the laptop, decided to make us take an extra half hour to get the phone turned on and ready because he forgot to originally. I've worked at the same Radioshack before and had much success making money by interacting with the customers. These people acted like they were annoyed and uninformed.
