I finally got ahold of someone and he was a complete asshole. First off when there's a issue don't be rude about it, he explained it wasn't their problem due to the fact "it left their facility" I know Covid has been an on going issue and I understand that but the fact I've been trying to call for days now and when I finally get someone on the phone I'm being spoken too with a condescending tone? Went home registered the serial number, aka the authentication code on the OOZE website. Recently had problems with recharging the pen. Would not hold a charge. Note: this business is also known as Tobacco Shop, and they have a NO return policy. That wasn't a problem with me since the pen has a 5 year warranty. Went online with OOZE to get it replaced under the warranty, it would not accept my authentication code. Called OOZE they identified it as fraudulent and counterfeit. I filed a report with them on 3/27/22 for further investigation. Went to store yesterday to get a refund since it was a counterfeit battery, owner said "NO RETURNS". I explained to him his product is counterfeit and I was giving him the opportunity to refund me before I file a complaint. Nope, no returns he said. Went on Maryland business search to look up owner........nothing found. Why is it a growing problem with foreign business owners who have a "NO RETURN" policy? Maybe this explains it?

They are not pushy in sales and let you make your own decisions. They simply offer suggestions and educate you on the differences between each product they offer. They have a very large verity of vapes and a wide selection of glass. When I have had issues with a product,(battery stoped working) they offered a special deal on a new replacement. If you have "puff preferences", my only suggestion is to buy 2 of what you like FIRST. Then, Open ONE. Next, replace your home-stocked puff preference AS SOON as you unseal your second product. Customers can buy a spare as "stock" just like any store can run out of stocking your preference. It's just a little smoke shop but it's BIG on 5 star customer service. I respect THAT. Find your buy/home-stock "balance" and keep that buying routine. You'll never have to wait on a shipment coming in or having to return to get what you prefer. Then take pride in giving ALL YOUR business to a local shop that works to earn every customers loyalty. I come to Smoke Shack because of the outstanding customer service that you will not find anywhere else.
