Was prescribed HRT by this practice 3 years ago for hot flashes and other symptoms related to a radical hysterectomy and menopause in 2015. Recently needed a refill and made an appointment with NP, Laura Tabor, as my regular doc has left the practice. When I went in, I expected we would have a conversation about my symptoms, how well I was responding to the medication and the exceptional benefits I was experiencing. Instead, I was told I needed undress and put on a hospital gown for an internal pelvic exam, a breast exam, etc.. When I declined, I was told "they cannot willy nilly write prescriptions" without these invasive examinations. I explained that this was an expense I could not afford, as I do not need a Pap smear and do not have a cervix, fallopian tubes or ovaries, etc. and therefore, have no risk of any of these cancers or STDs. Also had a mammogram the prior week as ordered by my primary doc so a breast exam is also an unnecessary expense. I explained that it's not "willy nilly" because I was in fact in the office having a conversation with a medical professional about my symptoms and can confirm first-hand the advantages and benefits the medication was having on me personally. I explained I was in great health and having no symptoms warranting a need for any physical examination. Further, she could ask me any questions she wanted to assess my situation and confidently be able to renew my prescription. Her response, albeit nicely, was that she could not renew my prescription and that I would have to a) submit to the unnecessary, painful and embarrassing exams, b) stop my medication or c) find a new doctor. I find this to be a form of medical extortion and am very disappointed. Whatever happened to caring, compassionate doctors who want the best outcome for their patients? All I find anymore is medical professionals who only care about upselling and the bottom line. Really sad. read more

Staff are super friendly, and I've never had to wait at this location. They are on time and super efficient compared to their other office. This place is a gem and very convenient. read more

I would never going back with this practioner she is away too rough and I still feel slightly pain even after a day which I never had before in my life.I guess she is pushing too deep with the tool call speculum for the test which made me feel so pain and even my belly feel uncomfortable too because she press too hard while examining my cervix. read more

This place is the worst. I had the misfortune of seeing Marie Ziegler. She was very rude and I held my boundaries. They then took my blood and it went all over the floor instead of in the vile and kept squirting and spilling all over the floor. I asked for them to help and told them I was going to pass out but they didn't help and instead I passed out. They said I had a seizure to protect themselves from liability and called the ER and made me take an ambulance. I spent 8 hours in the hospital and had to spend a lot of money just to find out I didn't have a seizure and that they lied and that I only passed out from too much blood loss due to their negligence. I do not recommend this practice and would never go back. read more

I was not able to use this practice because the receptionist was so unbelievably rude. It's a very vulnerable position to call an obgyn about a problem, and to have a receptionist speak to you in such a rude and accusatory manor is extremely uncomfortable. I hung up crying. As a receptionist, you should be accepting of new customers calling to schedule appointments. I'm not sure how my inquiry could have been such an inconvenience or bother. This could be the best obgyn in the world and I would never go based on this horrible first impression. I don't trust this business or their employees - I would highly recommend getting a more capable employee in this people-facing role. read more

Today I had my first appointment at this practice. I was a little weary about starting with them as I read the dismal reviews from their West Chester practice. I ended up having a great overall experience! I gave four stars because I waited 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time ( and I was there ten minutes early). Other negatives, when I called to schedule the appointment a few months ago the women was very short and almost rude on the phone. However, today the office managers and secretaries were very nice and accommodating. I understand that a yearly exam is not ever fun, but Suzanne Richards was awesome! I am a nurse myself so I always love to see the NP's in a practice. She had amazing bedside manner and thoroughly addressed all of my concerns, never making me feel rushed or hurried. This is my fourth OBGYN practice in three years-- mostly because of moving, but I will be sticking with this practice ( & Suzanne) for the future! read more
