I will preface this review by stating that the person who performed my massage was nice and seemed to genuinely care. The first issue was that I asked for a quiet massage to be able to relax, but instead, I had the masseuse talk to me and try to explain every little detail for the first 40 minutes of the 50-minute massage - the first time I ever wanted to walk out of a massage after 15 minutes (left the massage less relaxed then when I came in). The next issue, on checkout, they tried to charge me an extra $20 for "deep tissue", which, first, never came close to deep tissue, and second, when asked if the pressure could be increased about 30 minutes into the massage, I said yes, that supposedly was me asking to upgrade. If you go here, make sure you check your charges. Front desk didn't really seem to care much, just kept asking me about rebooking. Bad service, bad customer service, and did nothing to help my shoulder tightness.
