The dough is made fresh daily. I haven't seen large thin crust NY slices in Delco before so that was a first. Couple observations, the pizzas are 20" so your slices will measure about 9" to 9 1/2" long. The crust was thin, crispy, had a nice light char and stood straight as an arrow. It's a little heavier on the sauce side which is thick, a little acidic with a sweet/spicy bite to it. I would have liked a bit more cheese to even out the cheese/sauce ratio. For $15 a pizza, I thought it was a good value, they do sell by the slice at $3. I will definitely stop in again to try their other offerings. They have all come lightly toasted on either seeded or unseeded Liscio's Tuscan no point rolls. In my humble option they've all been delicious. Their espresso rotation of Essse Caffe (Bologna) and O'Ccaffe (outside of Rome) have been a nice treat for an extra pick me up.
