Dan is the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with and his main goal is making you happy. He is super flexible with changes to the job and he is good at keeping track of how these changes will effect the cost. He will answer calls and texts any hour of the day. I met with Dan back on March 5th at my house to walk through the project and get a bid. After 5 weeks of texts and emails including that I wanted the work to be done in late April up to mid May, I was told his team is now booked until July. However, this was never mentioned to me in the past weeks that I had been asking for the bid and to pay a deposit to lock in the work. This is the first negative review I've ever left online but that's how disappointed and strung along I feel by Healy Landscaping and I would encourage you take caution before working with them --- just know that patience and extended timelines should be expected.

The excavation wasn't deep enough; the concrete was not leveled properly; the brush mark show the amateur installation technique. Cigarette butts everywhere, very little clean up, and a rude business owner. One of the types that does nothing wrong, and will argue with you. Which is probably why he owns his own business, because he couldn't take constructive criticism. He also pulled the permit, charged the homeowner, and then would not provide a copy for our records. The town wouldn't provide a copy of it either. One would think that maybe the contractor and the town are into something corrupt. I have emailed and was lead on that Matt has seen this damage and would come to repair this carelessness. Never the less, this has never happened and my only fault is paying them in full. I did not want to be that guy to say "you will get your money when my house is repaired" I had great faith that Matt would have came to make these repairs as promised. All my invoices were paid, none of the damages were fixed. Funny thing is, I received an email for the 2022 season....My leg has healed and I will be doing this myself. No one cares for your house as much as you do, especially the hired help. I see other reviews I am not the only one this happened too also. Please consider someone else for your lawncare. Thanks Matt!
