I questioned them about interior cleaning since they were a landscaping company. Guy said wives do the cleaning. I was in a bind so thought I'd give them a chance. The crew consisted of an adult woman and two kids (maybe 11/12 and 14/15). The adult of the group did a very good job. Unfortunately, she did not check the kids work. I checked multiple areas and asked them to re-clean where needed. The man I spoke with instructed me to do so. I was originally quoted an addition $100 to clean the two car garage. There was nothing to clean except the ceiling fan and the windows on the garage door. I was told by the guy I scheduled with that they do not service those items in the garage. I requested the $100 be removed. I was charged an additional $10 because I had a garage even though they didn't clean. After the crew left, I checked a few more areas and found some work was not done. I took photos and texted my contact and asked if the crew could come back the next day. They did not respond. I emailed and did not get a response.

Unforunately only did the coating part of the work. Cracks still show gaps and are not sealed. DO NOT USE THEM. They limit liability by using fake name ProSealers LLC (But still use Davids trucks and employees)

Justin was the first to come out, and his quote was by far the most reasonable. I initially went with another company, but after four weeks of excuses and delays, I decided to call Justin. I reached out on a Monday, and he said if the weather cooperated, they could take care of it by Thursday--and they did exactly that. It's refreshing to work with someone who actually follows through on what they promise. Paul and his crew (about 6-7 people) showed up Thursday with all the necessary equipment and got right to work. They didn't waste any time and were clearly very organized. They even laid down wood sheets on my lawn to help prevent damage from their equipment, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was impressive to watch how efficiently and professionally everything was handled. Honestly, don't waste your time calling anyone else--just call Justin's.
