Derrick at Gordon Electric Supply was extremely adaptable to my concerns for shipping and incredibly personable. I called to ask about shipping expectations and Derrick committed to personally correcting my shipping option to a more expedited one, clearly articulating the price change, assuring me it would get processed the same day, and following through actionably and confidently (including tracking number). Was it a bit expensive? Yes. But that's supply and demand baby! I'm grateful they made it possible at any price, honestly. 10/10 would recommend and will go through them again.

When we fell in love with a marble looking sample from an overpriced brand, he directed us to a different manufacturer with a similar style (which he didn't have a sample of) that was within our budget. In addition to that, they didn't blink an eye when we encountered a 7 month delay with our remodel project. They stored the slabs we had purchased and waited patiently while we fought with Schillings to fix our floors. We are now going back to Rock Counter for our bathroom vanity counters and very likely our master vanity itself. Highly recommend Rock Counter!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM If I could give zero stars I would. We flip 5-7 homes at a time and wanted to love using Rock Counter but it's been an awful experience. The "experienced designer" overlooked the fact that appliances are to be accounted for in a KITCHEN floor plan. Apparently she forgot that & my contractor didn't catch it because he's not a kitchen designer. This cost me over $3k to take out a load bearing wall to account for this mistake and pushed my project back. We have been missing some items such as toe kicks and the skin for our fridge. Now this is the last straw. This is how they sent our cabinets and insist it's not drawn on with marker. They refuse to allow any returns to get our money back. DON'T SHOP HERE! Save your sanity and hard earned money. We spent thousands on these and can't get our money back.
