They stepped me down for a week and then cut me off. I know how dangerous this is and they should as well but they must have missed that part in med school. At first, Agape contacted us every 6 months to let us know where we were on the waiting list but they then stopped doing even that. I find it difficult to believe that this organization is that backlogged because we were able to get in fairly quickly (less than 1 month) with other counseling providers. This is supposedly a Christian based organization. They ought to review Ephesians 6:5-8 in regard to maintaining good communications with their customers.

They had me filling out everything twice, still got my daughters name wrong everytime they called to confirm an appointment and yelled at me when I asked simple questions about their billing practices. They even sent the bill to my daughter even though her father was listed as the responsible party. The final verdict - the counselors may be good, but the way they run their business reaches back to the 80's and need a redux- bad! I would never go back.
