They are very attentive to the needs of the residents. When there is any issue it is addressed immediately and the staff follows up to make sure you are satisfied. We unfortunately lost our dog in April, a few days later I received a notification that I had a package, to my surprise it was an amazingly thoughtful gift from Ariel in memory of our beloved Daisy. The amenities and the grounds are kept very clean and neat. It is a pleasure living at Woodgrove.

What an asshole. And he doesn't give receipts!!!! Any accountants will tell you a guy running a cash-only expensive apartment business, means something shady is going on. This same landlord once mentioned to the poor old folks that lived there to use the attic for storage so he can cover what he is hiding up there. So, who knows and only God knows what kind of illegal business this guy is up to? He takes advantage of an elder's retirement money, reportedly storms into the place cursing at them to intimidate -- this is an obvious behavior of someone involved with a scam, or worse. Any smokers will be complained about on or within the property grounds. If you don't completely breakdown your cardboard expect a 3-6 page document complaining about your actions. The whole community is a bunch of snobs and highly opinionated +70 year old people who have nothing better to do but complain. BTW, if you plan to rent.
