When I got the mini the tracks were in pretty rough shape. Therefore, I was not surprised when one ripped. However, I was surprised that I was charged for the replacement of a new track for the sum of $1,600 . They were not willing to work with me at all. This is a rude bunch. The manager called me, was up front and honest. We discussed the customer service issues and they made things right with appropriate credits and what sounds like changes in their processes to avoid poor customer service to loyal Wolverine Power Systems customers. Therefore I will continue to do business with them and update this review by removing the long detail and leave it at, I had an issue and they addressed it.
