Unfortunately, 2 days after it was done my carpet smelled like wet laundry, I had to call another company out to re do the carpet to get the smell out. They told me that the carpet was left too wet, I called Cort and he told me it could be my pet, and that the smells came to the surface, why wasn't that addressed the first time? I feel that the water was either dirty from a previous job and no cleaning products maybe weren't used. I called and expressed my disappointment and he said "sorry, I'll refund your money" When he came to refund our money he stood at the front door and handed the envelope with cash in it and told my husband to count it. The test showed high levels of Pen/Asp mold group in the master bedroom but the other company was unable to come back for almost two weeks and could not provide an exact quote until they came back. Due to my autoimmune issues and the symptoms I was having, we did not want to wait that long. That is when we contacted weDry. One chair was very dirty on the right arm and by the electronic controls. They look like brand new chairs now. Since Ben and Bill had a little time before their next appointment, I asked whether or not they could do two bedrooms and hallway. They did an excellent job on the floors too.
