Only up until recently have I seen people loitering asking money but this is not an everyday, all day occurrence. Sometimes the entry & exiting of the parking lot can be a problem since some people block it even when the light is red (raggedy). The parking lot can also be quite busy in the AM w/ people getting their coffee & donuts for the day. I like this location because it's super centrally located off US-50, so if I forget I can stop off before I go party in the city.
