I went into get gas today. I went in to pay cash, the young man behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I said I wanted $50 on pump #1 and handed him the cash. We both wished each other a nice afternoon and off I went to fill my car. As I was pulling out here comes the young man, I was confused but rolled down my window. He said you wanted $50 in gas, right? I said yes...he said you handed my $70! I was so shocked and touched by his honety! This is by far our favorite self serve car wash in the area. It's only $6 for the basic drive through car wash without wax and it takes way less time than washing at home with soap and a bucket would. My favorite feature is the timer on the drying portion. No more guessing how much more air you'll get and whether it'll be enough for the whole car. The self serve car wash I used to go to didn't have this feature and one time I only got part of my car through before the air turned off so the back end of the car was all spotted by the time I got home from running errands! The timer ensures a nice spot free finish every time. Well maybe not completely free of spots but mostly which is good enough lol It accepts credit card so you don't have to wait in line inside to pay before heading to the wash with a code. Alternatively If you're getting gasoline you can pay at the pump and enter a code. Overall convenient clean and reasonable priced! Thank you for maintaining this location and keeping it looking new! It has been so hard to find a car wash that is relatively low car friendly. I have a fairly lowered BMW M3 and this clears it with ease. This one just makes you park your car on the wheel stop which luckily is not that high. Once your car is parked the machine moves, not the car. It is also a touchless wash besides the wheel cleaners. There are no flappy machines or things hitting your car. Prices have since increased from some other reviews, It is now $14 for deluxe Plus, $13 for deluxe, $10 for normal one and like $9 for basic. I generally go through here for a first pass then go home and finish up whatever was missed. read more

I wanted to leave a message regarding the kindness and incredible customer service of a new associate by the name of Gabriel that worked in the market on May 20, 2023 around 4:30pm. I come in often and this is the first time I've seen him. I was in line and this a women walked in and stated that she had no money for gas and was even trying to sell her iPhone case to make money for gas and he just kindly without hesitation paid $10 out of his own wallet to put gas in her car. I told him he was so kind to do that and he just said there aren't enough kind people in the world. This is a young man probably just out of high school maybe and it felt great to see that our future has people like this in our world. This company has a great associate working for them! Bought over 7 gallons gas line did not move brand new vehicle went to shell bought same amount & gas tank went full.

I went in to buy lottery tickets. I had my 2 kids with me. I asked my kids which scratchers I should get. Chauvinist cashier said the kids could not buy lottery tickets. I said, "yeah, I'm buying them." He gave me a look and proceeded to open his mouth to argue with me. I said, that's ok, and just left. Business can spare me the "legal" arguments because I'm a lawyer. Don't think a stranger should tell me what I should do with my kids. I will not be spending any money here. read more

There are 2 vacuums. $1.75. The one on the left doesn't work at all. I had to hike back into the store, as far as you could image it could be, to get my $ back and use the other one. It barely worked. I just left and my car still needs a vacuuming. read more

I love this gas station. 5 minutes from home, it has a car wash and about 12 pumping stations. It sits in the Festival shopping center so you can shop and get gas and grab a bite to eat. It's well lit and there aren't any persons begging for cash like in some locations. They offer a variety of snacks; however, there aren't any healthy selections. Finally, if you shop at Vons or Pavillions, you can save $.20 a gallon through their rewards program. read more

This is my go-to gas station in Anaheim Hills as it is conveniently located in Anaheim Hills Festival Drive where I frequently stop by to go to Chipotle, 24 Hour fitness, and target. The prices are relatively competitive to other gas stations nearby. One thing I really appreciate about this chevron is that their squeegees are always clean and the soap and water are consistently filtered so that it can actually clean your car! read more

I enjoy coming to this chevron because Alex and her team are fast, courteous, and on top of any request I have. This is the best gas station, drive through wash in AH, in my opinion. The gas pumps are easy to use and do not hurt my hands. The car wash is touch free and does as good of a job as a drive through can provide. The station is large and clean. It is conveniently located at the exit /entrance of festival plaza so it is always on the way. read more

I have to apologize to my car. I took it through the carwash after filling up on gas. I got "The Works with RainX" deluxe package for $10. Utter waste of money. The quality is what you'd expect from a strip club with $5 lap dances would be. Trash. read more

Well Dave is right about the Carwash. Although this one does give a pretty decent amount of time for the air-dry which is nice. I'm not sure how "good" any of these touchless things work anyway. As far as the Gas Station goes? It might actually be a 5 Star....I'm not giving any Gas Station 5 though, not yet anyway. Seriously though it's pretty much spotlessly clean all the time. The window squeegees are always full of clean water, paper towels are stocked at the pump. The gas prices aren't too much higher then the lowest around. Lots of pumps. Easy in-out. etc. The C-Store is tiny but, again, always clean and well stocked. Not much going on in the food dept. The cashiers have always seemed pretty friendly, for a gas station C-Store anyway. read more

The old attendants can hardly speak English. Have trouble understanding the word "no" . Always bug about leaving your change for the donations. I'm mad cuz before I could say a word he dropped my change in the box without my permission. The car wash here sucks. Never close to clean. Go to the Shell by Pep Boys. Works much better. read more

Gas, fuel (ie coffee, other drinks, snacks, etc) and quick car wash if needed.... it does the trick. Also they keep it clean and open the store early. The other nearby gas stations do not offer all this. read more

This is usually my third choice gas station. The carwash is just okay (Shell's is better) and I'm usually approached by someone asking for money. I just don't like the feeling that I constantly have to turn around to make sure I'm not surprised by someone. This Chevron gas station is conveniently located near the 24 hour fitness. The gas station is in a safe location; on the southeast corner and extremely well lit. If anyone requires refueling their vehicle at zero dark thirty hours and are in the area; this location is visible and well lit, as I mentioned previously. It is also open 24 hours. read more

This is a great quick stop even if you don't need gas but I do have 1 request about your car wash I believe you should have it do a rinse first before having it put soap on the dirt it would help the quality of the wash. Other then that everyone and everything is great. read more

Horrible customer service sums it up. Avoid the carwash because it damaged my vehicle and they took no accountability for it. I patiently waited 4 weeks for them to address the issue. I put in a claim with Chevron and was advised the owner manager of the station would make the decision. My claim was denied with the manager never speaking to me out seeing my car. The air pressure was so high on the dryer that it buckled my roof. I went there the next day and the wash was conveniently closed as maintenance worked on it. I took the advise if other helpers and had a great experience at the Shell wash down the street. read more

Customer service sucks!! This is the closest gas station to my workplace of 5 years, I stopped coming here because they inconvenience even their regular customers by being so dang STRICT on their carding policy WHEN IM ONLY BUYING A DAMN CA LOTTERY SCRATCHER! Not beer, not cigs, just a scratcher. The same man/woman at the register will ID me 95% of the time. I've walked out multiple times without buying anything. To me, that's bad customer service. At my job I greet customers by name when I recognize their face over the years. Most of the time I hop out my car with my debit card or cash (no wallet) so having to go back to my car for my ID to buy a $3 or $5 scratcher is ridiculous if you ask me. I'm 29 years old, give me my damn scratcher! I wish this place didn't rub me the wrong way, now I just drive to the next gas station for my scratchers, gas, snacks, car wash. read more

I noticed my low tire pressure warning signal came on as I was driving to work. Luckily this gas station was nearby. Sure enough my front right passenger tire was very low, possibly due to a leak but I needed a quick fix as I made my way to work so I pulled in and parked by the air and water machine and asked the the man working the counter to please help me fill my tires with air as I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and find it difficult to bend down. He absolutely refused and informed me I had to do it myself and no one can help me. I had to call my work and ask a co-worker if they could meet me at the gas station to help me fill my tires. Very disappointed with his customer service and I plan on writing a letter of complaint to Chevron. read more

This used to be my go-to! Not anymore. Today the clerk at the counter spoke inappropriately to my underaged daughter asking her age then telling her how good she looks. I called the manager who said they do not check id for gas (not sure how that's related) and did not seem concerned AT ALL with the behavior of the clerk. I received no apology and no solution. I called corporate and hope there will be a better response. I found out other women have had similar experiences with this employee. This person is a possible danger to our community! I will not give this station any more business and encourage others in the neighborhood to do the same! read more

Just repaired my car because of bad gas - diesel. This is only station where I buy gas. Last fill up was 2 or 3 weeks ago. I always buy premium grade. Impossible to make the mistake of using the wrong hose. Their tank is contaminated. read more

One of the safest gas stations around. I get off work at 11:00 at night, and I feel safe to get gas here that late because there's security patrolling around and Anaheim PD is across the street! Their bathrooms are the cleanest ones around. I have never seen a gas station bathroom that's actually clean until I had to use this one. read more
