In short, great place with lots of good and drink options, but it can get packed out during events at the stadium. My +1 and I took our Little to Monster Jam at the Angels Stadium and found ourselves with a couple of hours before the main show. Since we had already parked at the stadium, we decided to walk here since it was right across the street, unfortunately for us, a whole lot of other people had the same idea. There was a lot of indoor and outdoor seating, but there were even more people, and what seemed like a mad rush to try and find open spots. It was all self - seating, with waiters running around their areas trying to make sense of it all. We circled around along with a lot of other people, and we happened upon a family that was leaving soon, and asked if we wanted their table. Score! We kept it simple and ordered burgers and fries for all of us, and beers for the adults. The food was decent, and surprisingly came out pretty quickly I have to say, despite the chaotic background, our servers were fairly up to speed. I had to take one point off because I felt like it could've been organized much better, instead of the battle Royale to try and find a place to sit. Nevertheless, we are grateful for the food and drink, and may come back when it's a little less busy.

Honestly such a good spot for a sports game day! The food is such a hit and you can't go wrong with a mango cart. I do want to personally give a huge shout out to Beto, although its a warmish day i asked for a heater to be on and he was super kind and funny about it. He was working hard the whole time and with a HUGE smile on his face. I genuinely hope he is appreciated because he was the reason i even made this review. He made our experience 100x better!

Good food, good service, nice selection of beers and dog and children friendly, can't ask for more! This space is huge. It's perfect for big groups. A lot of indoor and outdoor places. We sat outside because the weather was beautiful. We didn't know that the portions were huge and we orders the veggie pizza, sheet nachos and a kids slider. It was a lot of food but everything was so good! And we tried the lager and the seltzer. Both were so good!! The parking area can get bus but you can also find street parking!!

Great pre-game spot! In town for the Padres game and I was really surprised there wasn't more planes in the area. This was a great find. Huge place inside and out. All of the staff were super friendly and they were all hustling. The place was super busy. The food came out really quickly and I was looking forward to the Mother Clucker chicken sandwich I ordered. I was definitely not disappointed!

First of all Aaron H. Is a rockstar and helped us greatly. We ordered a variety of beers, and I tried the hazy IPA. It was ok. I asked Aaron what was his best beer, he suggested the Trapdoor. Bingo! Nice body, goes down well, and a winner overall. I'd suggest this one. We had Brussels sprouts, pepperoni pizza, burger, and street tacos. All food was as delivered and so good. I would say this establishment has better food than beer, although both work enough for a solid 5 star. The music is hip and nice background volume so you can vibe and still talk. If you are attending an Angels game, it is across the street! Get here at least a few hours early though, it gets crowded. A++

The customer service was great, and their beers are even better. Their outdoor seating was a plus, especially today because it was somewhat cloudy and there was a breeze. Will come back again.

This is a great place to meet and grab some beers! The food is great too especially during their happy hour! They have a good cripsy tuna rice and my favorite beer is the Mango Mas! The service is good. It's a seat yourself situation and the waiters will approach you after some time. The place is open and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. There's always a sports game they're playing on the TV. The ambiance is loud and lively. There's 2 parking lots, but they get filled fast. there's street parking available as well!

Always an easy gathering spot for groups of all sizes! Great food, dog friendly, open space, and outdoor activities when the weather is nice ! Servers are always so friendly!! If you've never been, you must visit!

We have been here several times. We went for a Saturday Mother's Day's lunch this time. They moved some stuff around a bit. The seating works way better than before. It's very clean and comfortable. Beers are great, food is pretty good. The best thing was our service, the girls that were serving us were awesome. THANK YOU BOTH

Second time at Golden Road was still good but not as great as the first. The space is still fun and lively but the food and service didn't hit like before. My fam all went both times and all said this time the food wasn't as good- I agreed. Also they brought one dish out way before the rest so that plate got cold. And the service was really slow, we had to keep getting up to go to the bar to get stuff because we were waiting for so long for napkins, refills, anything. We still had a great time but had higher expectations because of our previous visit.

Me first time here ....killing pre concert time waiting for a nearby Duran Duran concert at Honda Center. Very large and spacious inside & out. Great outdoor patios. Had an IPA and a Lzger plus chicken nuggets and fried; all tasty and filling. Quick service. Yes, I'd definitely return. I miss the nearby Hooters that was around hrre for several years near Angels Stadium.

I've bought Golden Road cans before over the years, but I had no idea the brewery was so close to me! They've got some other options besides the cans they sell at stores, I got the POG Mai Tai. Honestly, I have no idea what a mai tai is supposed to be but it was good. Some friends shared their food items with me, so I got to try the poke nachos, pretzel, fries and the margherita pizza. All were good but the pretzel was SO fire. A little crisp on the outside, soft on the inside and with a good tasting cheese dip, not too salty. It also had the right amount of salt on top. The staff was also great, the person who took my order (receipt says my server was PM Ghost B?) was friendly and others kept checking in on my party to make sure we were okay. I would come back here, if not just for that delicious pretzel.

Tried this Brewery last night. We came around 6 pm so the parking wasn't bad. There's other parking around the area so you'll be able to find a spot. There was a large selection of IPAs and Beers. We also tried the Chicken nachos and the poke nachos which were decent bar food. Service was fantastic Everyone was very nice. Servers were constantly walking around and checking in. Inside was super spacious so will definitely come back with a bigger group!

    Do they do Reservations?

I don't know about small parties, but they do reservations for large parties, as long as you hit a minimum of $1500 in purchases.

They had two bars open AND a booth outside selling canned drinks. There is lots of seating inside and outside. It was honestly hard for me to wrap my head around the size of the place! I also liked that they had multiple restrooms around the building. They have a very impressive beer and seltzer collection. You can get various sizes or a whole pitcher for the table. You do order food outside separately at the X Eats area. This is a food truck setup, but they did have an impressive amount of options. Food took a little while (understandable given the volume of people there), but it came out hot and fresh. The pizza had a nice flavor that featured jalapeño and pineapple. They also had a featured dessert that was a banana egg roll with ice cream and a wonderful ube syrup. Overall, I had a great time and would love to come back again!

The selection is solid and the quality is consistently high -- I highly recommend the beers themselves. That said, I can't give 5 stars after a recent visit. I ordered an $8 beer, opened a tab, and then had to leave unexpectedly right after (didn't even get to drink it). I assumed any unclosed tab would default to a standard 20% tip. Instead, I was charged $14.16 total , which works out to roughly a 68% tip on the beer. I understand that open tabs are annoying for the staff, and things happen. But when you don't have a working phone or aren't given the chance to close out, a nearly 70% automatic charge feels excessive. A clearer policy or lower default gratuity on abandoned tabs would go a long way. Plenty of great beer options in SoCal, so this definitely stings. Hoping they reconsider the approach.

He initially said that there was a 30 min wait even though we could see empty tales. We had already paid so we had to stay to get the $30 discount on your bill when spending $30. He was not willing to refund since they were not technically the ones charging you. Once we sat at the bar, the bartender was nice and made us feel comfortable so we could enjoy our night. The place was crowded with families with kids, adults just overindulging and being very loud. The moment the event started time got closer, all of this crowd started leaving which allowed us to really enjoy our night. The food was great as always. The poke nachos are really tasty with a good balance of fish and nachos. The fish and chips is one of our go to dishes they are always perfectly cooked. I started with the loaded fries, but swapped the nacho cheese for mozzarella, along with a cherry pineapple lemonade, because I'm never afraid of a good fruity drink. Both were excellent. The fries were truly loaded, yet somehow still crispy and well-seasoned. The cherry pineapple lemonade was fantastic too. It was dangerously smooth since you could barely taste the alcohol. I honestly could've drunk a whole gallon of it. We also shared some mozzarella sticks and BBQ wings. The wings stayed crispy even under all that amazing BBQ sauce, and the mozzarella sticks were exactly what you want from a mozzy stick: crispy, cheesy, and with a great cheese pull. , My only gripe was the service. Our server wasn't very attentive once it became clear we weren't ordering the All You Can Eat experience. Maybe he assumed that because we were mostly ordering appetizers, we'd be less likely to tip. That thought crossed my mind because when we ordered more food, he suddenly started checking on us more often. Maybe I was overthinking it, but it definitely stood out to me. It was a Saturday night, but the restaurant wasn't especially busy, so I'm not sure what kept him away from our section for so long. That said, the atmosphere was great. There was seating both inside and out on the patio, and watching the flames from the stir fry station was really cool. I can definitely see why they call themselves "Fire+Ice." I could absolutely see myself coming back. The food and drinks were tasty, and the All You Can Eat option sounds like a lot of fun when I'm extra hungry.
