The woman who answered was kind and caring and said "Don't worry we've got this. All I have to do is wake up one of my drivers and they will be right there." Stephen arrived, put the car on his truck and drove my family all the way to my house in Portland. A 45 minute drive. It was just one hour from the time they broke down until he put the car on the truck and got moving. Barely a blip in the plan. What a great dispatcher, what a great driver and what a great company!
