Only reason this place got a two star for me was because the majority of the staff is beyond wonderful every night. But the one star that I was not even going to get into is because of my service animal. I know we've all heard the same song of dance when it comes to service animals. I used to be the role-your-eyes type of girl when it came to small animals also, until I got sick. At 38. it's not fun but life is made a little bit better with your service animal who's properly trained and certified. These pups go through a lot of hard work and treating to get to the point of certification for my long haired Chihuahua mix, because they don't listen. But we did it and he now listens to my heart. I carry him at chest level for that reason. I know it's a unique situation regardless, I was to the point of mortification when I walked into buy gas and that a manager immediately told me "no dogs allowed I have to leave" in front of an afternoon packed store of people before I could even say hello. I'm not a complainer trust me but this kind of attitude towards Service animals is sad. I have never been to any location that has made me feel so embarrassed and upset. It was a manager I'm told, I don't know her name? Black lady ( like myself) anyways I'm not trying to get down to those type of details but when I walked in, those are the first words I heard and I am response told her that he is a Service animal. And I know the ca laws and the questions that they are prohibited to ask to protect my disability and my rights. But she proceeded to ask where is his vest? And I said I'm sorry, ma'am but in the state of California my service dog is not required to wear a vest or anything indicating that he is a service animal other than what I tell when asked the appropriate questions which are: 1-is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and 2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? And to which I would've answered, yes my A fib ( out of courtesy I like to inform people of my disability, because he is in an unusual placement on my chest.) and boo-boo here listens to my heart rate and alerts me when things aren't ok. But she just motioned for me to leave without asking me she just said no dogs, where is his vest? Appalled I'll stop but I'm so sorry for all the service animals and there handlers for untrained staff. read more

Had no problems with this gas station, came here all the time to get snacks and use the restroom. But then one morning before work was using their restroom and was in there only 5 mins and an employee bangs on the restroom door like the police, she was rushing me to finished using the restroom which was uncalled for and inappropriate behavior from an employee. Overall bad experience, and bad customer service, which didn't match business customer service standards. read more

There is a girl named grace that works there everyone beware she will make u pay for u gas wall u don't get any gas I went and payed inside and put the gas in so I thought then she had her other associate out there put up cones up like when they put them out because the pump isn't working and she argued with me and said that she can't give me a refund and she claimed her associate was picking. Up trash which he wasnt obviously and then she told me that she can't give me gas or refund me and then I knew she was scamming me so I went to another gas station because I needed gas and then all of a sudden it worked I got half a tank like I said my car is small and only takes $10 for half a tank and once I called the store and asked why did she do that she still denied when I asked for the corporate number she was so rude and said that it's on the door and she doesn't know it. And she was proud to give me her name and funny enough at the other gas station the worker knew who grace was because she is known to discriminate and be disrespectful and rude and rip people off. This location is opened 24 hours, however the times that I've came Brenda the staff/clerk has the door locked. The first time it happened she was nowhere to be found, she surfaced 10 mins later from the back. When I walked in I told her I needed to buy a car wash and she said it wasn't t working as I'm driving away from the station and turn I saw a car in the car wash.... I went back the next day same thing door locked and she's just standing at the check-stand looked up just once and ignored me. After 20 minutes I took. Next day different time she said the car wash was broken again and did not want to ring me up for it (they can be used at another time). I think Brenda should be taught how to ring up a car was or just stop being lazy. read more

The location is great, which is why we stop here. The prices are a bit higher than at other gas stations but my husband swears the gas is better quality and lasts a bit longer. Not really much to see here. It's a bit older, the shop inside isn't the greatest. Doesn't get too full and there are plenty of pumps available. read more

If you're using the carwash, be sure to pay inside or at the pump. The card reader at the carwash is broken apparently. I only found that out after I waited in line for 30 min, finally got to be next in line and then discovered it wouldn't take any of my cards. The lady inside casually mentioned it was broken and didn't really seem to care. And then I got to wait in line for another 20 min. A simple sign at the beginning of the line could have easily solved this. Not impressed. read more

The woman refused to sell my wife a lottery ticket since she didn't have her Id which is cool it's the law but then she refused to sell it to me when I had mine because my wife gave me the money is fucking stupid I have never had a problem before anywhere else. I rarely fill up gas from here, Its Chevron always pricey compared to the other gas stations in the area, but i go there all the time for the store, pick up cigs, drinks, munchies before work, or school all the time. they have a pretty good selection of munchies and drinks. read more

The ladies working here are ridiculous. I went for a quick car wash and went inside to pay (like the sign in front of the car wash entrance said). I got myself and three kids out and asked to pay for the car wash. The lady working at the register said the car wash was broken. I nicely suggested that they change the sign to "carwash broken" because it's not an easy task to get 3 young kids out of the car. The other worker (black with short hair) started to get loud telling me that she had just put the sign out and it did not say that. I told her to go look at the sign, yet she refused. As I walked away she continued to talk about me to the woman in line paying for her items like I was crazy. No apologies to me or walking outside to see the problem. Well, the customer who listened to your craziness looked as she was driving away and saw that the sign was there and said to pay inside. Here's a picture for proof. read more

BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT CASH your LOTTERY TICKETS at this Location. I would give out NEGATIVE stars if it were up to me. I just went in to cash some Lottery Scratcher Tickets and I was told by Tony that I had to scratch off the bottom myself, he said that it was "THEIR POLICY" for their customers to do that when they are busy, so I did. Mind you there were 2 cashiers at the counter and only 2 customers, myself and one other lady. Overwhelmingly busy, I guess! Next, he asks if I will be buying more tickets and i said yes, so I cashed my $90 in winnings and purchased another $30 in tickets and now, he asks me "Are you going to get mad if I ask you to buy more tickets". Yikes! According to TONY, they did not have enough cash to give back to me as it is "THEIR POLICY" to not keep cash. We are talking $60, not $600.00, Wow!!! I said NO, I'm not going to get mad, but I do not want anymore tickets, I want to be paid out. What an ordeal. I like the location of this Chevron. I know people say gas is gas but my car always seems to run better after filling it with Chevron Gas. This location is just right across the parking lot from my Subway sandwich. The location is good but the service is not bad either. I like the lay out of the convenience store inside as well.
