I've spent quite a bit of money over time on gas and food and drinks. Tonight I went in after buying gas to fill up my water bottle and this low life Indian guy after mean mugging me for asking to get water and him agreeing then aggressively told me no ice as im filling up my water bottle. And this isn't like im getting a pound of ice I got like 8 ice cubes then as im putting water in it this pos gas station clerk that I gotta lot of describing words for acts like me getting ice is gonna run 7-eleven out of business. I've never been to gas station where the attendant is that stuck-up. I'm never coming here again. read more

this place is up an abomination. I've never been to a more disgusting, deplorable, and downtrodden Chevron in all my life. The owners of this place don't give two shits. There's never any freshwater in the squeegee barrels at each station. There's never any available towelsat each location. Half the time 2 to 3 pumps don't even work. ever since this location was purchased by 711. It's been an absolute dumpster fire. I wouldn't shop here, I wouldn't buy gas here, and I sure as hell wouldn't buy food here. read more

I was so happy when 7/11 moved into Town Center. My main purchases there are Snacks , Lotto and Coke Slurpees. Summer time is my favorite time for slurpees and the Coke Slurpee machine seems to have many problems. My husband has stopped by there twice in the last week and no Coke slurpee. My other complaint is , that they don't have a working number to call. I have checked numerous times for their number and it always says it's disconnected. The roommate and I were heading up to South Lake Tahoe from San Francisco and needed gas. I google mapped some gas stations and found this Chevron. We stopped by on Sunday, November 11th around 9:30am. That day, prices per gallon were: $3.999 supreme, $3.939 plus, $3.839 regular. Filling up was rather easy as it should be at any gas station. I even used the restroom (no key or code needed) and it was relatively clean. So why 2 stars? I found out later, there's a cheaper gas station on the other side of the freeway. I believe it was a 76 and somewhere around 10+ cents cheaper. So go save your money and fill up there instead. You can save quite a bit of change filling up your tank. read more

The car wash credit card reader only works on occasion. I found this out because the nice lady in the car behind me told me after she saw me continuously trying credit card after credit card to no avail. You have to go into the store to get a code before it will let you purchase a car wash. I am new to this area and live here. I will NEVER return. This is basic customer service 101. On our way to South Lake Tahoe we purchased the tire chains at this 7-Eleven, but did not use them. Driving back in a couple of days in the evening we stopped by this same store to return the chains. The clerk, Manpreet Singh, said that he cannot process the refund since this operation requires a manager. The manager, Rohit Sator, not present in the store, when contacted by phone confirmed that he needs to be in the store and asked us to come back next day to process the refund. Since we live 150 miles away we could not accept that. 7-Eleven is a 24 hour store and as such should be providing the same service regardless of the time of the day. read more

This place is the worst. Nothing ever works and they never seem to fix anything. If I wasn't running out of gas I want it down here.

There is a lady who works there , and she is litterally the sweetest lady ever ! I came in that day to get a few things after going to the snow. I left my whole wallet on the counter . We had a little convo me and that lady . Next day I come to ask if my wallet is there and she says " omg girl I hoped you came back , we tried calling you after you pulled off but you didn't hear . There's no real savings to go to this Chevron. Their gas prices are average at best. However, the pumps they have are fast and the Food Mart is pretty clean. The employees are average, not friendly but not unfriendly. I hate stopping here cause it's next to one of the slowest and worst McDonald's I've ever gone to, but, hey, when you're riding on "E" for over 30 miles on an SUV, on your way to S. Lake Tahoe, you don't have much of a choice. Come here for gas if you really have to but avoid the McDonald's next door at all cost...you'll save your time and your stomach. read more

This gas station is convenient if you're visiting the El Dorado town center as it's a couple blocks off the freeway. The prices are okay given there's limited choices in the immediate area. They have quite a few pumps so most likely you won't have to wait in line at least. read more

I have never had this problem at any other station. Anyway, The pump advised me to go see the cashier. I told the cashier about the problem. He said 'how much you want? Go here all the time and all the ladies that work are very nice and friendly. But I went in tonight to grab a few things really quick and didn't have quite enough money. I went to put something back and the lady at the front told me it was ok she would take care of it. She then pulled money from her own purse to help me pay for my items! There are two guys that work here that are rude and need to be fired. A few weeks ago I needed to put air in my tires. I paid to use the machine and there was a leak in the hose. The staff had obviously tried to fix the leak by wrapping electrical tape around the hole . . . it appeared to work until you attacked it to the tire, then air just escaped through the hole and out from under the tape. I went in and told the one of the guys that their hose was leaking and wasn't able to hold pressure. The guy told me that no one else has had a problem with it, so it must be fine. I went out and tried again . . . still leaking . . . I went back inside and asked for help, I said maybe I am not doing it right, but what I really wanted was for the guy to see how badly messed up his hose is and either fix it, replace it, or at the very least . . .give me a refund. The guy sent out another guy to help me. This new guy turned on the hose and said "it works just fine." I asked him if he could please try and fill my tires with air, because that was when the air would escape from the hole in the hose. The guy said "no, you see the tape . .. it works just fine. I don't get paid to fill your tires, this is not full service, this is self service." I could not believe that he said such a thing. I went back inside and asked for a refund of my 50 cents, guy number one said "no, I wouldn't even know how to refund that." Then guy number two came in and said right in front of me "that lady is an idiot, the hose is taped, its fine." I tried to call Chevron's corporate office to complain about this, but I got sick of waiting on hold after 20 minutes. While I prefer Chevron gas, and this station is literally half a mile from my house . . .I now drive five miles to the Folsom Chevron . . . they have better customer service. read more
