I like it so much, in fact, that I make a special trip off the highway to stop in for coffee and something to munch on. They have a hot deli that will blow your mind! Like pizza, fried chicken, burgers, jo-jo's, and a LOT more. My favorite every time are their jo-jo's! OMG, you get a LOT for your money! Just don't order a pound or you'll be throwing half of them away if you don't have someone to help you eat them! They have so many hot deli items it will take you awhile to make up your mind! The employees are always super friendly! The coffee is always hot and fresh! And they sell 76 gas! Bonus! I remember one time stopping there on my motorcycle and for a measly $1.50 I got so many jo-jo's and my pop that I couldn't finish them all, but felt inclined to snap a picture of what I got. Only problem is that I didn't think about taking the picture until I had eaten half my spuds, so the picture I'm posting doesn't give justice to how big that order was! Oh, and they have outdoor seating! So if you've never been here, you're in for a treat. If you ever find yourself driving to or from Grays Harbor along where highways 8 & 12 meet, I suggest you make a special trip off the highway to stop here! Just head North (toward where the signs point to Elma and the road ends), then turn right at the stop sign. You'll see them on the right when you're at the stop sign (they're next to the big motel). Do yourself a favor and keep going past the little place on the left next to the bowling alley, even though they look busy. They get busy because a lot of tourists get off the highway for gas or something and it's the first place they see. Sure, they have pretty much the same things as Astro Toad's, but not the ultra-friendly employees or the awesome deli items! This is the ONLY place I ever stop for gas or a bite to munch on or a coffee refill when I pass through Elma, and like I said, I even make a special point to stop. Once you try their hot food you'll be as hooked as I am!

This location also has a decent size convenience store in it, with a Pepsi soda machine, was gonna get a refill on my cup until they told me the price- $2.15 ummm no thanks, thats a rip off for refill price! Anyway, this station also has a latte stand attached to it, and has Huckleberry as one of the flavors you can get in your coffee- yummy! Love anything Huckleberries! Next time I'm in Elma We'll probably check out the Shell station instead. But went here as it was 1 cent cheaper then the Shell.

Our water pump went out and we knew it was going to be hard to find a mechanic on a Friday night let alone a Saturday! Thankfully we had it towed to slates corner with in 5 minutes from calling a local towing businesses. Thankfully he could fix it! First thing Saturday morning he got the new water pump and began the repair. The kids and I sat in the store chatting with the owner Darletta and her daughter Lilly. They are amazing people, made my little family feel completely welcomed. Our car was fixed by noon and we were ready to head back on our first family vacation ! The cost of the repair was extremely cheaper then what we are used to. I could not believe the amazingly fast and friendly service we received! We will always stop for gas and snacks every time we drive on hwy 12 on our way to he ocean!

Then because it was cold, I was sitting in my car. I thought I'd see if it was close as pump didn't shut off. Gas was over flowing onto the ground. Told clerk she said too bad, I should have been watching my pump. End of help. No concern about how much gas I was overcharged for, how much was on the ground, or even about putting an out of order sign on the pump. I will never return there or maybe any shell station if this is how they do business.

Very unprofessional, condescending and outright rude from someone who serves the public. SMH. Spoke to an associate concerning this matter the following day and he said quote "he's been rude to several patrons that I've seen since he's been here". I'm one of a few in charge of a multi million dollar company and this matter would have been addressed immediately. Update: 5/14 I've tried on several occasion's to give associates my cell number so the owner herself can respond and so far crickets. Very disappointing.

I spent roughly $300 a week on groceries conservatively speaking. The pricing of the products are higher in the Summer and tourist season. This sucks for the locals but it is common with all businesses in Ocean Shores. I recommend shopping at Costco for your staples before going on vacation in Ocean Shores. It's not uncommon to pay almost $10 for a bag of chips. Just a warning. The service is a hit or miss depending on the time of day and season. The staff can get tired of tourists and not be as friendly. The selection is limited due to the remote location of Ocean Shores. This means if you are looking for special ethnic foods and vegetables, you maybe out of luck. Bring these items from home. I am SE Asian and the selection was lacking as far as fresh herbs and greens go. I was missing many sauces over the years for stir fry like sesame seed oil, hunan, and chili oil. I drove to Olympia for Jasmine rice purchased 100lbs at a time. The deli is pricey but there is only one McDonalds in town and no other fast food options. Most the restauarants are $20 or more per entree. Hence the deli fried chicken and warn foods will look less expensive. The JoJos friend chicken is popular along with the potatoes wedges.
