Pharmacy is a shame. Stop by to see if prescription about 2:00 was ready and they said not til 3:30. Left called at 3:40 and they said it was to low of a cost for the insurance so they didn't fill it. Also didn't call me. Ask how much h for both prescription and gave me a cost of $12 total. Said just fill and I will pay for it. They said will be ready at 5:30. Pulled up to drive through and they gave me a price of $5 total. Yes it was cheaper, however they would fill it before because insurance wouldn't cover it. Now insurance covered it but its 2 hours after it was supposed to be done. This is only one example of the problems that my wife and I have had. Yes it is understaffed but they can't even figure what is covered or even how to lie their way out of it. Really hope they make the old Rite Aid a CVS because I will definitely jump ship. read more

This is unacceptable especially for people having to pick up their prescriptions needed immediately. And then when we get to the window some of your staff is so rude! Customer service for the pharmacy would be a good start. Now that Rite aid has closed this place has observed all or most of their customers. Even before that the pharmacy is never less than 30 minutes to an hour wait. There could be a line of half a dozen people and you will never see a second tech helping Customers. The smaller pharmacies in the area can not get many of the specialty medications. Thus forces you here, if you live in the area you really have no other choice. Drive thru process. Not sure if they're understaffed but no matter what time I come, it can be late at night, the drive thru takes so long. If a patient has to wait & their rx isnt ready, they should be told to come back. 5 cars in front of me and to move up one spot, it took me 24 minutes. Was treated absolutely horrific by a pharmacy staff named Faye I highly recommend finding any other pharmacy besides them I have reported her to corporate. She is extremely combative and condescending. She has absolutely no problem giving you your personal health information. I went to this location to pick up a photo that I ordered online. When I walked in, there were five people waiting for an employee to assist them. From past experiences, it does take a while for employees to assist customers in the photo center. When it was finally my turn I gave the employee (I wish I got her name bit unfortunately didn't..ugh) my last name and first name...granted I wasnt sure if it was under my maiden or married name but I did give her both. She said she was unable to find it and I mentioned to her that I have the receipt...she looked it up and was like oh...you have a different name (used my husband's name...but like I mentioned I gave her my married name as well) and she was all frustrated she looked through the photos and she once again told me that it was not there and asked if I cant wait to help the customer behind me before she can look for mine. I said okay..thinking it wasnt going to take long. She proceeded to help the customer and then literally waited for a customer that entered through the front entrance to walk all the way down to the photo center to help him. The customer looked at me and told her to help me out since I was there first..she said no I'm going to help you. He insisted once again for her to help me and she said no! That pissed me off...lady it's not that damn hard to look for a photo with my last name. She helped him..and finally assisted me..and sure enough my photo was there. She grabbed it and said oh...that's your last name...I said yes, just like I spelled two times before you decided to ignore me to assist other customers. Overall, this Walgreens does take forever to help their customers and I swear they need to train their employees to have better customer service. read more

I say it does not say that anywhere so can't you send my prescription through? No So I have to get back in line behind 3 other cars and wait because these people don't direct you. I really appreciate the pharmacist who took the extra mile to help! PHARMACIST GORGE. 3/3/2019@6AM I had an eye irritation problem which caused me to land at the emergency room at 4am. I went to my local 24 hour CVS for the prescription at approx: 5:45AM The CVS pharmacist said they did not carry it.He suggested to go to Walgreens 24 hour on limonite. (Approx: 10 minutes away ) KEEP IN MIND THAT I HAVE A SEVERE EYE IRRITATION. I needed the ointment ASAP, so I just decided to go and check Walgreens on limonite. I arrived at the Walgreens Pharmacy at approx:6am. I was greeted by Pharmacist George. George said they do not carry the ointment. He checked to see if any other walgreens Pharmacy carried it and he said No. He suggested that he could call the hospital and ask to prescribe something different. It was done in less than 10min. It was that easy! He also took the time to suggest an app to save money on prescriptions and also explained how to use my eye drops. I really appreciate George for his OUTSTANDING customer service. I'm sure he was tired of working a long shift all night, but he took an extra minute to help. I really do Appreciate and thank you for all your help and making my day feel better. I'm not surprised this place has only 2 stars. I've lived in this area my whole life. Ever since this place has been around, they have had issues. I've had issues with this walgreens long before covid hit. I went there today and grabbed a few items, got in line to checkout. After 15 minutes standing in the same spot with a growing lime, I finally dropped my item and left. Only 1 register is ever open, and they just sit there like it is no big deal. Every time I go there, it is the se problem. I had an issue at the pharmacy plenty of times, and the register issue is also nothing new. I will never step foot at this location again.
