Next door to the new massive apartment complex - both great to have in the city to help house people - but also a form of permanent visual pollution towering over neighbors. Its one of those places you'd be better off living in than next to. Paying with credit costs a bit more here - one of the reasons I was loyal to Chevron over the years before the gasoline price scam of recent is because I don't think they ever did that - in fact, I'd always get a discount for shopping at Safeway of about 20 cents... that would make my fillup today 30 cents more expensive than Chevron - and I doubt this has Techron... Techron is expensvie too... try buying a bottle at your local auto parts store... with direct injection fuel systems its all the more important too... Pumps were open with no wait. Receipt printer was out - so where was I going to scribble notes of madness? The gasoline thing is such a political scam - there is a push to go fully electric until the point our power grids can't support it... good thing I like Teslas.

A personal Window washer who wants money up front? We can't be as lucky as this to get this at every gas station can we? Well at World Gas; you get a very large station they tend to always have a place to fill up and I have never had to wait. It's priced fine and I have not had an issue with the gas here. I don't ever use the credit cards at the pump it's a good way to get your credit card stolen or skimmed. Most good gas station have a seal on there Credit cards to show it's legit this one does not. Just be careful and pay inside. You will see at least 1 homeless person outside but they tend to be pretty chill and don't even hit me up for money they are just chilling. They might of seen my car and was like this guy doesn't have much more then me. The inside has junk food and drinks but it's not cheap. You are better off going elsewhere or like a 711 but they do the credit card fee here. The only reason I like this place is gas prices. How easy it is to get to from foothill. It's a perfectly good station to pay cash get your gas and leave.

It is a simple little shop to get your gas and they have a snack shop inside with no alcohol options, probably the safest choice for this area given what happens in Downtown Hayward sometimes or that area in particular. Snack shop is very clean and cashier is guarded behind a glass window. Service is friendly here. The only thing is that I bought 2 sodas and a bag of Snack Club Spicy Party Mix and for the 3 items it was almost $14 so a little bit of a sticker shock there. I was waiting to be taken in to get my nails done so it makes this shop easy to get snacks but not many of them due to the pricing of some items but then again I can understand this is convenience and you pay for that. Anyways, I go back to my car to get my fuel which gave 1.49 gallons of gas. I get into my car and my gas meter did not go up and I was left with the same amount I came in with. I was extremely confused so I checked again to make sure I saw everything correct. I was extremely upset because I felt like I was robbed. I go into the store to explain the situation and this guy who was also behind the counter wants to argue and say it was my car and the meter. I have had this car for years, this car is up to date and it's never had an issue with meter of gas or it reporting wrong miles. They are literally SCAMMERS AND STEALING. He didn't even care to check if it was the pump nothing. I told him I usually at least get 65 miles from a gallon. He called me a liar and say no way is that possible. I decided to go to my destination and pump gas near there which was a 76 and would you look at that... I USED ANOTHER $10 TO TEST IT AND I GOT 71 MILES MORE!!!! I know how much I should get. To my surprise, the attendant whose usually very nice would not refund me for the $6 chocolate . he stated it was like McDonalds burgers and not supposed to look like the picture with laughter.Didn't even offer an exchange.. i didnt even eat one bcuz they looked nasty. They do offer car services though such as a Smog Station. Snack shop is pretty small although they have an ample variety of snacks and sodas in here that you can take home. It's a perfect stop before you head to the taco truck to get your sodas for your delicious food. Employees here are friendly and I don't see a shortage of people here stopping in the morning when going for my walk. They also do have a clothes recycling bin on the property if you need to donate clothing. Also handy, since the tattoo shop is next door, and they accept cash only, an ATM is here so you can get your cash and walk back to the tattoo shop.

This elder lady opens the booth door and yells at me to not walk between the car and the booth. I said WHAT? She yells out the same thing again. This was her car. First of all, an employee should not be parking their car in the island way next to the booth. There are stalls for an employee to park. This woman was very rude and disrespectful. If you use the pumps right in front where she parks her car, you actually have to drive around her car. I never thought of walking around her car because that would make no sense. Being disabled, I will take the shortest route to get to where I want to go. Had she come out and said what she said in a nice civil manner, I would have just said, whatever. I did also put gas there all the time, but not no more. She needs a serious attitude change.
