This place is tucked on the side of the plaza with all the food places and new homegoods/sprouts so it's pretty accessible. The shop itself is clean, bright, and inviting. They have tons of options so everyone's bound to find something they want to get. I opted for the Ube Cloud and Dalgona Oreo Coffee. Ube cloud: 9/10 This is so good, I could probably do without the whipped cream but other than that no complaints. Dalgona Oreo coffee 8/10 This is good if you're interested in that creamy, milky coffee. If that's not your jam, this isn't the coffee for you. If you're into the sweet coffee, you'll love this. Will definitely come back for more.

Aesthetic dessert spot serving up ice cream, smoothies, and boba drinks. We tried the Dubai chocolate and biscoff soft serve. Portions are def shareable. I think the biscoff one was better and it wasn't overly sweet. I love the cookie crumble topping and the corn flakes on the bottom. I wish they also have hot desserts like taiyaki or waffle cones. That would make this place 5 stars for sure! Kinda random but they have a trinket exchange box here which was pretty cool.

Order: 1 Dubai Chocolate 1 Mango Sago The desserts were pretty great overall. I enjoyed the Dubai Chocolate, although it was a bit too chocolatey for my liking. It was my first time trying it, and I didn't taste much of the pistachio flavor. I'm also not sure why corn flakes were added to the bottom of the soft serve. I was a little saddened that the ube flavor wasn't available. Customer service was good. We did wait about 20 minutes for our desserts since it was busy, but the two young ladies working did an excellent job handling everything. The ambiance is cute and matches the ice cream theme of the establishment. There is plenty of parking available in the lot, and there's a good amount of indoor seating. Overall I would definitely recommend. I would like to try other items on the menu.

Cute, cotton-candy-colored spot. I'm giving it 4 stars for now since I've only tried one flavor so far the Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream cup. I usually don't finish my ice cream, but I finished this one... so yeah, it was geeewdd. Prices seem reasonable too. We came on a Sunday and it was packed, which probably explains the slow service, we waited about 25 minutes for our order. The place looks clean and really bright, so I imagine they have to stay on top of keeping everything spotless.

First time here! I got the Ninja Soft Serve & Mango Sago. Ninja Soft Serve was good and chocolate-y and i like that it comes with a little flower thing to keep ice cream from spilling down. Mango sago was good! Not too sweet but very creamy. Not much interaction with the staff besides thanking them when my order was ready :) There is one iPad kiosk and I think they also take orders at the counter. The interior is really cute and clean! This location is in a new and super busy plaza in Hayward so the parking is literally diabolical esp during peak hours, beware!!

I'm always excited to try a new ice cream spot and this one did not disappoint. The soft serve itself has a great flavor and the toppings they include add a nice touch. I highly recommend the biscoff freeze!!! Unlike many biscoff flavored drinks, it actually taste like biscoff and is delicious! I went on a Friday night so it was pretty busy but they were very quick. The place itself is cute, clean, and has plenty of seating.

Review #997 Posted on 2.6.26 We came here for some ice cream on Saturday the 31st. This spot is located right off Mission Blvd in the newer shopping center on Mission & Harder. There's tons of newer businesses in here and this shopping center is always busy now. This place is on the left hand side of it. We got the mango ice cream, Dalgona ice cream, strawberry ice cream, & the biscoff ice cream too. They've also got tons of boba tea, smoothies, milk teas, & more. They've got places to sit, or you can take it to go too. Come check this place out.

Finally came back after the first time during their soft opening. While I didn't try the same type of drinks again, I got the crystal peach which is like a peach soda with crystal bobas and my cousin tried their dalgona coffee. These drinks were so good! I would easily come back and order them again. My only downside to them was in the soda like drink there were a LOT of seeds. I actually got scared I'd cracked a tooth chewing on the boba before logic reminded me that was impossible and I spit out the seed haha. It's still just as cute on the inside with plenty of seating if you want to come hang out with friends or maybe study, and the workers were very nice and patient as we asked about the menu and took our time ordering.

Came here after getting my nails done next door to try out this new spot. I ordered the Mango Mello, which was just so-so. It was priced higher than some of the other menu items, and the mango flavor tasted a bit artificially sweet to me. The cup was filled to the brim, so the contents kept spilling, and it was hard to get to the crunchy cereal at the bottom without making a mess or really digging for it. This was my first time here, and if I do come back, I probably wouldn't order the Mango Mello again. I'd be open to giving this place one more shot and trying a different flavor to see if the experience is better.

We decided to get Ice Cream after dinner. We chose to come here. We live pretty close to here. We got 4 soft serves and 1 Ice cream cone. The price altogether was a bit overpriced, but was reasonable considering the quality of the Ice cream. Mango Mellow was my favorite at 6/5 Dalgona coffee soft serve was a 5/5 second favorite Brown sugar Boba soft serve was a 5/5 Dubai chocolate soft serve was a 2/5 the flavor was really overpowering And the smore Ice cream cone was a 3/5 just a plain ice cream with toppings, nothing special. Each soft serve had a layer of frosted flakes on the bottom which the fam found really enjoyable. The service was fast, given how busy it was. Atmosphere was alive and busy even though it was around 8 pm. They were still getting foot traffic. Very nice, would come back again!

So excited for this new gem in Hayward Recently stopped by to check out the ice cream and the smoothies and was blown away by the options and how beautiful the ice cream is The ice cream is incredibly delicious and well sized portions The staff is super friendly and very kind The place is clean and beautifully decorated, very Pinterest and instagram-able

The aesthetic is so cute inside. Service was quick for the soft serve. I got the mango mello and loved the thick consistency and toppings. It reminded me of the Filipino mango ice cream taste. Def want to try their Dubai chocolate soft serve next time.

    Dubai chocolate ice cream
    Molly L.

We came here for the first time to this new shopping center and enjoyed the Dubai chocolate ice cream. According to the item's description it has: Luxurious pistachio ice cream with real pistachio cream and filled with dusted with crunchy kataifi and crushed pistachios as a topping. The pistachio ice cream really tasted luxurious. It didn't taste like froyo at all. The toppings were also crunchy and fresh. My only complaint about this place is that there was a strong chemical smell either from the bathrooms or the soft serve machines themselves. There was also a lot of space in between the pistachio ice cream as well.

Great spot for desserts: soft serve, milk tea, cotton candy, etc! It gets crowded after dinner time for obvious reasons, but worth the wait.

I had been to the church before, but I didn't remember the massive coffee hangout there! It's so spacious and offers plenty of seating. How long has this place been here? I wish it were closer to where I live in San Jose! I could easily imagine sitting in one of the comfortable nooks, studying or grading papers. It's also a fantastic spot to meet up or chat with a group of friends. It was definitely a nice place for a date! When we walked in, there were hardly any available seats, but the line at the counter wasn't long. We found a quiet corner to sit and enjoyed our breakfast. I ordered a hot latte with maple syrup in the name, though I can't recall the exact name. It paired nicely with my pastry. The almond croissant I ordered was delectable, with just the right amount of sweetness and flakiness. My partner enjoyed his cappuccino and savory bacon croissant. We walked up two steps to the restroom and were surprised to find more seats and tables. I wish I had noticed that area when I was looking for a place to sit. Oh well, it was comfortable where we were. The girls should have more playdates with their cousins so we can come here more often. Is it really called a "playdate" when the kids are 12 and 15, and their cousins are between 21 and 30?

The salted maple latte was just ok... sadly it looked better than it tasted. Ordering was via a kiosk and I was pleasantly surprised when my drink. And out within 2 minutes of ordering. The drink was served in a boba cup (heat sealed) which made it both easier and somehow harder to mix (harder to stir the bottom without disrupting the lid and making a mess). There was a solid chunk of what I think was egg pudding on top, but once the egg foam mixed in with the coffee, the flavors balanced each other out well. I may not go out of my way to get tram coffee, but I will likely come back given it's convenient location and otherwise decent cup of Vietnamese coffee

Open early everyday and closing after normal business hours for most workers, this is a perfect spot to grab a caffeine fix before, during or after work. The convenient location is unmatched! We came in for a few afternoon drinks with me getting the classic in the new age Vietnamese coffee shops, egg coffee. I opted to skip the ice as I'm not a huge fan of cold drinks and would prefer more room temperature to appreciate the taste and textures. This led to some unexpected consequences: without the ice, the drink was just barely a third of the plastic cup it came in. So in reality, each one of your iced drinks is 2/3 ice which means you're paying a whole lot for ice. When I got home, I did end up adding a bit of ice and water to get the full taste and it was delicious and strong in flavor, otherwise it was too concentrated to realistically enjoy. Overall, my experience with Tram Cream Coffee was a bit mixed and I look forward to returning to give them another good shake now that the ice to drink ratio is clear. Albeit, this area is starting to spring up a few top notch Vietnamese coffee shops and competition is ramping up! If you happen to need an early caffeine fix, this is probably one of the few places that are open during that time in this area. Come give them a try, but after finishing up your drink, the remainder of your cup of frozen chunks will have you humming "ice, ice baby".

Not only did the flavor seem weird but I ended up going home and brewing more green tea to try to salvage the flavor. Nothing worked to make it taste better. Also, when I arrived, the drinks weren't ready. The server went to the back and quickly made them. I think they ran out of some surprise items because it was only 2/3 full and had a lot of ice. So even though I got two drinks, it was basically like getting one. I know the (togoodtogo) app deal is a surprise bag, so you don't know what you'll get, but I really wasn't impressed with mine.
