The Dubai chocolate ice cream was also a lot better than the last time. The staff was kind to provide a sample. Would love to see more ice cream flavors in the future like seasonal flavors, rotating. I used to manage an ice cream shop for years so I tend to be an ice cream snob . The first time I went there service was slowww. It is 100% better now that they have adjusted to the flow. My favorite thing there is the Dubai soft serve! The first time I ordered this it was lacking toppings but I went yesterday on 7/3 and it was 20/10. Been wanting to try this place for months. We finally got to go a little after lunch on a Sunday. No lines, plenty of parking. This dessert shop serves ice cream and boba. Very cute inside, a lot of pink. Service was good. We were craving ice cream so we decided to try the mango mellow, it was SO good. Soft creamy mango ice cream with corn flakes and a type of boba I wasn't familiar with but it was nice and chewy. Servings are a good size. We also tried the pistachio ice cream and were not a fan, we couldn't taste the pistachio and it tasted artificial. The mango was the clear winner. I ordered the Mini Cloud, which comes with milk-flavored ice cream, freeze-dried strawberries, and a cloud of cotton candy on top. It was delicious and probably my favorite thing we tried. Face ordered the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Ice Cream. It came loaded with chocolate and kataifi, and while she enjoyed it, she said it wasn't quite as decadent as she expected. Finally came back after the first time during their soft opening. While I didn't try the same type of drinks again, I got the crystal peach which is like a peach soda with crystal bobas and my cousin tried their dalgona coffee. These drinks were so good! I would easily come back and order them again. My only downside to them was in the soda like drink there were a LOT of seeds. I actually got scared I'd cracked a tooth chewing on the boba before logic reminded me that was impossible and I spit out the seed haha. Came here after getting my nails done next door to try out this new spot. I ordered the Mango Mello, which was just so-so. It was priced higher than some of the other menu items, and the mango flavor tasted a bit artificially sweet to me. The cup was filled to the brim, so the contents kept spilling, and it was hard to get to the crunchy cereal at the bottom without making a mess or really digging for it. This was my first time here, and if I do come back, I probably wouldn't order the Mango Mello again. Literally sucked it up. Was able to taste strong coffee near the end. -black boba bigger than the usual. chewiness seem excessive. Not a frequent patron so hard to judge. They only had one kiosk available, so I ended up ordering at the counter. The employee who took my order was very friendly. I ordered the biscoff ice cream and it was very creamy. They were open during Christmas yay.... Finally decided to try this place out for dessert and did not disappoint. This is a cute little dessert spot off of mission. It's a pink place which I already love. We got three items, 2 desserts, one drink. We ordered using the tablet which was pretty easy to use. We got the dubai chocolate, mango mellow and their grapefruit fruit tea drink. The food and drinks were served in a timely manner and we didnt have to wait long. So service was good in that instance. Both the soft serve dessert we got was really good. They both have a unique taste to it and not sweet at all. The crunch they put on the bottom of the soft serve was a perfect addition to their toppings. Their drinks were also good, great tea selection. The only time I interacted with someone was when we picked up our food. I believe both owners were in the store when we went cause whenever they got busy they both would ring up people. They're very attentive and made people weren't waiting long to order and they greeted everyone. One thing I would say though is, they had a sample tray with sample drinks on them and the servers kept on putting drinks and desserts on that same tray which is honestly contaminating their sample drinks. So they should probably make an adjustment to that. It is clean and they stay on top of the tables getting cleaned and what not. Great dessert, definitely a must try. Came here during their soft opening. The interior is very simple but cute. The decor reminds me of Museum of Ice Cream, which is very fitting since this is an ice cream shop. I want to preface by saying I'm not a huge fan of chocolate ice cream, but something about Ninja hit different. Wasn't too sweet and there was a balance of flavor. Even the waffle cone was really good. They also sprinkle the top with green pop rocks which was a surprise factor. Dream Cloud was alright, a little messy to eat. However, the warmth kept the boba nice and chewy in the soft serve! This was way too sweet for my liking, but my hubby who has a huge sweet tooth loved this! We live 5 minutes away from here so I've been WAITING for this place to open! They had their soft opening so we finally got to try it-right now they are still testing a smaller menu but there were still plentyyyy of yummy flavor choices. My husband got the oreo on chocolate soft serve while I got the biscoff on milk soft serve. While I was savoring mine, my husband said "oh there's crunchies at the bottom" which I just shrugged at since there were cookie crumbs layered throughout the whole soft serve, so duh there would be crunchies at the bottom! But when I got to the bottom of mine, I realized the crunchies were like frosted flakes, which actually is very yummy combination with the soft serve! I may have to ask for extra next time ahaha. My only complaint overall with the soft serve is that it is soooo sweet, my husband and I agreed to share a cup the next time lol.
