This car wash is outdated and needs an upgrade. The machine doesn't take card or coins, so be prepared with the exact change in bills. My boyfriend ran out of gas a few days ago in a neighborhood he was unfamiliar with. On top of that he was driving my car and he forgot his wallet at home. My GPS let him know that there was a Chevron, which I assumed would take Apple Pay so I told him to go there. My boyfriend unfortunately had never actually used Apple Pay so when he went inside he asked the teller if they accepted it to which he replied "yes". Then my boyfriend followed up with "great, how do I do it?" To which the teller replied "USE YOUR PHONE". When my boyfriend replied with "I've never done it before" the teller just sort of shrugged. There was someone in line behind my BF so he got out of his way and went outside to try and figure out how to use Apple Pay. Then when he thought maybe he had it he went back inside, went to the counter and waited for the same clerk to turn around.... which he did not. Then my boyfriend said "ok so can I get $20 on pump #1?" No response. He repeated himself... nothing. He tried to get his attention again. NOTHING!! The clerk for whatever insane reason literally would not turn around?!!! My boyfriend gave up and went outside again. Luckily there was a lady in scrubs on pump #2 who saw what was going on and she came over and offered up her credit card so he could get gas. She didn't even care how much as long as he had enough to get where he needed to go but he insisted on stopping at $5. So to that beautiful human I want to say thank you because my boyfriend was literally almost in shock after how that freak of a clerk treated him. Again, thank you. Now to that bald headed clerk who was working on April 8 at 2pm, you are pathetic and I hope your boss reads this review. I don't know what your "deal" is. I don't know if it's because you didn't understand my English speaking boyfriend (he said the clerk had a heavy Spanish accent) or if you are deaf, ignorant, rude or maybe you didn't like the way my man looked (long hair, white, dressed like a musician..... BECAUSE HE IS ONE). Came here for a car wash and the drive thru car wash kept stalling. I waited about an hr with 3 cars in front of me for a wash and the 2 cars in front of me had the wash stall midway through the wash. One of the employees had to come out and manually restart the wash midway through each car for it to finish. So each wash took about 20mins. By the time it was my turn I decided to just leave and let the employee know I'm not wasting anymore time here. He then proceeded to tell me to let the cashier know. After I purchased the wash the machine wouldn't give me a receipt So I just drove through the wash and let the cashier know I want a refund and that the machine wasn't giving any receipts. She kept telling me to go talk to the guy outside and kept telling me the machine is working after the fact I was sitting for well over an hour at this point watching the employee restarting each wash for it to finish. I had to pull my bank statement to show her that I paid and no wash was received and wasn't til then that I got my money back. I wasted over an hour of my time just sitting there and left without a wash. This is actually the second time the car wash machine was acting up. Never coming back here again. read more

Their car wash here Is HORRIBLE and a complete WASTE OF MONEY. All it does is spray down your car. No brushes to agitate and properly remove the dirt. Went here the other day and definitely a complete waste of time. My car still had dirt marks and dirt spots. Do yourself a favor and drive down to the Mobil on Hubbard. Their drive through car wash cleans much MUCH better and literally for the same price. Will never go here again! read more

Got gas here this morning because my tank was pretty literally empty. Nice location, right off of the 210 freeway Maclay exit and Foothill Blvd., and across from a Shell gas station but 1 cent cheaper yay. Overall the gas here is probably 30-40 cents more expensive than a cheaper alternative within a mile or two radius, but if you're here at 5:30 a.m., it's likely more for the convenience factor of being able to hop directly on the freeway afterward and not because it's the cheapest option in town. The facility was clean, it's on a corner lot and the pump stations are in an L-shape so there's room to maneuver around should the side you want to pull up next to is occupied, and the 5:30 am cashier was polite and efficient. I will say though that the soap to water ratio of the squeegee wasn't optimal, with nary a soap sud to be found while applying it to my back windshield, but the water looked fairly clean and there were abundant paper towels, which was nice. I've only been here a few times, as I am passing through, but it is always busy provides great quality fuel and the attendants are always friendly. I rely heavily on Chevron branded fuels, so if you need a Chevron and a mini-mart to get a few snacks, then this is the local one to stop at! read more

Descent drive thru Touchless car wash. "Touchless" sort of because it does use brushes for the wheels and tires only, but the body of the car was washed with only pressured water and soap. It has 3 wash options a $5.99 $6.99 and a $7.99 so fairly cheap to just sit in your car and get it washed without worries of getting any scratches. read more

Price is a dime or two higher then the local gas stations. I never have had to wait in line. Looks clean, well lit. I come here atleast once a month. I like everything here at this gas station except when I used my debit card today. They put a $100 hold on top of the amount of gas you pumped. So even though you have the money in your bank to cover the cost to fill your tank, if your account is under $100 like I was youll get an overdraft fee. Now I have to pay a $5 dollar overdraft fee because of this hold chevron puts at this location. Hope my review helps others that are in my shoes, think twice before you swipe. Way overpriced. There are other options for reasonably priced gas in the area (Costco, Arco). That being said, the staff is friendly and welcoming. That's always a huge plus. There are plenty of pumps with easy access. They sell propane as well. Easy access from the freeway (210/Maclay). They do have a car wash, but it's one of those "touch-less" systems that regardless of which wash cycle you choose from cheapest to most expensive, doesn't really clean your car. It just sprays it down with some water & chemicals & halfway blow-drys your vehicle. If you just need a little spray-down, use it. If you're expecting a good wash...don't bother. They've also got a little mini-mart with a moderate snack/drink/lottery selection. read more

Do not use your credit cards here (at least not at the pump).... not only me, but my daughter experienced using our cards here for gas and then magically crazy charges stated going through from the same places. Stadium goods, Amazon, AMC online, etc. Beware!!! This station doesn't check their machines. It was a horrible customer service, I pulled up to get gas, no issue, I pulled out the pump and I turned it around towards my car and lowered it, a bunch of gas came out all over my car paint and my foot and floor, now I smell like gas, it wasn't just a little, a lot of gas, it got my new shoes also. I was worried about the gas on my car, and the paint, I went inside and a man that was rude from the beginning, didn't speak English, and I told him gas fell all over my car and shoes and my leg, he went outside and said no leaks no leaks, went inside, I told him it can from the nozzle, he acted like I was crazy and looking at me like I was lieing. He said what do you want, I said I want my car washed... wtf, I got expensive paint. He than laughed and said car wash is broken, and smiled. It pissed me off. I was there this morning and I had $29.00 in cash for my gas. When I gave the cash to the woman behind the counter, it looked like $24.00. Obviously, $5.00 has disappeared. She gave me no receipt, did not tell me that she received an extra $5.00 bill and the pump gave me $24.00 worth of gas. If this isn't a case of theft by an employee, her cash drawer will be $5.00 over. I question the integrity of the employee. I have been getting gas at this location for several years and based on the event today, I will not go back. I will get my gas somewhere else. It is more about the principle of an employee not telling the customer that they were given too much money for the purchase and not so much about the measly $5.00. I came to this location like I have several times and tonight there is all the sudden a new rule that their employee Michael made up that he cannot sell me tobacco without a California I.D. I am well above 18 years old with an Arizona I.D and I have never in my life heard of this or have had this happen. read more

Very disappointing. The staff doesn't know how to fill up the propane so we had to literally guide them through everything and then they charged us for 3 whole gallons even though we only needed one gallon.
