This shell is a little higher in price and it's prolly cause it's right off the fwy, but I come to this one for the car wash as it's the better one I've found that's connected to a shell in Santa Clarita. My most recent visit I had to go inside to get my receipt as it didn't print at the gas pump like it usually does. The cashier I talked with was friendly and printed it up right away for me. so the wash unit doesn't work that well so aggressive once it starts to work it slams my stock Honda accord side mirrors in to the window pretty abrupt the price was good but had to go thru twice several times in the past few months, the customer service stinks period, the scan label barely worked and a few weeks ago it wouldn't scan .my car at all - tried to get a new label the Carin working their blamed me for the problem then i was told to come back and get one from the manager were he left a hand written paper saying he wanted 10 bucks to exchange the sticker - what a racket!! - might have paid it but the fact I was treated badly the car wash was not working well and they attempted to charge me for a defectI've label to pocket the extra cash for something they installed - Just NO! a sticker is basically free the insult is them attempting to defraud me - I will go back to my monthly in northridgr one label lasted 2 years not 2 months and the service was always exceptional better carwash all around and free vacuums - yea it was 5 bucks cheaper per month but really was not worth It, likely was going to damage my car in the long run - wonder how many people get suckered in and just pay their side hustle read more

I sometimes stop here to get gas on the way home from work. This place is always super busy when I stop in the late afternoon or early evening. They have a good size convenience store. Customer service has always been good. Sometimes would get a snack or drink when I stop for gas. Gas prices are a little high since it's right off the 14 freeway. read more

This review is for the drive-thru car wash as I don't pump gas at this location. I love this car wash because I often find myself washing my car myself less and less and this place saves the day on a regular basis. They have 3 different price points for the car wash: $9, $11, and $14. I've done all three and obviously the $14 is the jam because you get the pre-wash, higher quality rainbow suds and the sealer wax. With that said, the $9 wash definitely does the job when you need a rinse. There is usually a line for the wash because it's a pretty happening place to be, so plan for at least one or two cars in front of you. The line moves pretty quick, about 3 minutes per car. I've stopped at this Shell many times on the way to or from places, and it has always been reliable. The restrooms are typically clean and available. The store is clean and spacious, with plenty of selections. The drinks are nicely chilled. The cashiers handle lines fairly quickly, and are generally pleasant. The Subway inside is also clean and spacious. With many choices along the 14 Freeway between LA and the Antelope Valley, this is definitely my preferred stop. read more

First off I love this particular gas station cause the friendly staff and the Clean Store and Clean bathroom. I had an issue yesterday with the Carwash because I came and it was out of Service and I was ready to cancel... left my info and The Manager Francisco gave me a call and explained why it was out of order and it's ended being he was training a new employee how to work the Carwash and He said " next time I will make sure that I put a SIGN that EXPLAINS IT will only be down for a certain hour or minutes to get the Machine going again. I just Loved how Francisco called me and explain and very professional and understood my frustration. I ended up Not Cancelling because I love the way The Manager showed me how important My Bussiness to them and He will make sure the he will Fix the Issues Moving Forward. Would leave a lower rating but one is the minimum. I came in yesterday and. A man walked in with his dog. No leash not even holding it. The dog was clearly not a service or emotional support animal. This is getting out of hand. My father in law is legally blind and utilizes a service dog and is denied on a regular basis by some businesses. Usually a quick explanation clears up any confusion. But for the management here to allow people to bring in their pets freely is asinine. I'd rather not patronize a business whose management shows zero concern for others and allows non-service animals into their building and wander freely. read more

Nice gas station there's a subway inside. It's clean and usually not too busy. Good location right off the freeway or by two main roads Sierra Hwy and actually on Golden Valley. I loved this car wash for the past few months. If you come here beware of getting scratches on your rims and paint getting chipped of your hood and IN my rims. I won't be coming here anymore. Car washes are only good enough when they first open up. Lately, they've had to make a few repairs and they've been compliant. I despise coming to this gas station. The staff is rude, everything's overpriced, and the pumps have duct tape everywhere. Although I do like the convenience of it being located right next to the freeway I'd rather not deal with the rude staff and the disgusting duct taped gas pumps. I typically go to this gas station as it's conveniently closer to the freeway. Only problem I have with this gas station is that the pumps closest to the McDonald's next to it don't seem to work with card. Could be a problem on my own but no matter how many times I've tried to use that side it never works. I go to the side farther away from the McDonald's and they work fine. Excellent location. Area is clean and wide so more cars can be accomodated. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. This was around Wednesday around 10am. The restrooms were impeccably clean---very rare scene when you head to any gas stations and can accomodate 2-3 people. This place has no concept of customer service I came in 2/28/17 paid for gas and did the wash The machine wasn't working and the guy in front of me took 10 min deciding what to do, then a person got behind me. 15 min later I didn't get my truck washed I had to go inside and get a code for another day. I went today 3/3/17 I punched in my code and again not working!! I then walked in and told an employee name Anai at the register the issue all while someone Elsa was waiting behind me!!! She proceeded to say I punched the code in 30 min earlier and accuse me of somehow trying to get a free wash!! When I told her that's ridiculous and how offended I was she told me that I was yelling! I went here for the car wash! I got the Plus Wash for $8.99 but will definitely try the Deluxe Wash for $10.99 during my next car wash. It cleaned my car really well, and I liked the fact that I could choose the speed I drove my car through the wash. I am considering getting the $19.99 unlimited daily car washes for a month, but you have to open a credit card with Shell and am unsure if I want to commit to that. This gas station is incredibly frustrating. The pumps have large computer screens that look like they should be high tech, but they are S O O O S L O W. Expect to spend a full minute pushing buttons and waiting for it to register before you can actually pump gas. read more
