Snapped up a new to me TDI. This was the closest decent gas station. Diesel prices seemed a little high but the place was clean and the credit card reader worked without song or dance. Overall a great experience. Other than probably not being the cheapest place in town there wasn't anything to complain about. Credit card 'tap' feature worked.... a receipt printed at the pump, things were clean... The pump was even quick. In no time I went from "E" to "F." I once had this super slow pump in Oakland. It lead to what was known as 'the great Fruitvale diesel spill of 2022.' The thing just wouldn't shut off and it was after hours... This huge, horrific event that children will read about in history books for years to come. Glad we didn't have something like that happen again. My TDI loved the fuel here. Runs like a top. Starts right up in an instant anytime you get the key anywhere near the ignition. Yup, thats what Chevron can do for a car. read more

Great gas station. Was not crowded at all. Station looked clean and well cared for. .20 off per gallon of gas with car wash. This is the best drive thru car wash I have ever used. I planned to dry off and wipe down my car- but it was so clean- there was no need. I will be back. read more

They must have new good management because everyone who works here is fantastic. Everyone who works here is nice and pleasurable to see when I come in for gas or smokes. I know it sounds weird to actually enjoy going into a convenience store. It's true though. I actually enjoy my visits. Its official, either I'm turning into a crazy old lady again who has no friends or the management here is outstanding. Both are great. read more

Don't tell my dad but I stopped going to Chevron on a regular basis when he retired from Chevron and we stopped getting a discount. I also live right by Costco now so it is much more time and cost efficient to just go to their gas station. When I was a frequent Chevron "shopper", this was my gas station of choice. It is an extremely convenient location, right off Highway 4. It has large entrances and exits and is very easy to maneuver around. I used to drive a truck so I know all about vehicle maneuvering. I stopped by yesterday because my car was really thirsty and about to putter to a stop and this was the most convenient, just off the freeway stop. I was in and out quickly and my car seemed relieved. That is too bad about Shawna N's creeper experience. It makes me grateful that I am pushing 30, have a giant rock on my left ring finger and therefore generally free from creepers. (Knock on wood.) read more

I came here, to get info on what's wrong with my car. 1 mechanic and I drove my car & talked about options & he answered my questions very respectful & Phil decided to but in on a conversation he knew NOTHING about, he wasn't I. The car with us! Poor mechanic felt he couldn't say a word, same guy I just rode with and we had no problems. Karma will take care of it for speaking like that to a 58 yr old woman. I cannot even go to this gas station anymore. A long while ago, I would frequent this place on my way to work to fill up on gas if I needed to and get an energy drink. The clerk, a younger Indian fellow, sometimes was overly friendly and sometimes not friendly at all. I realized after a few months of these visits that the clerk was actually 2 people, twins. Anyway, I was uncomfortable after a while because the friendly twin would talk and talk and talk and ask me a million questions about where I was going and blah blah blah. Part of my job is being nice to people, and I am not really a bitchy person, I guess for some idiots this can be misleading. Anyway, one day when I was getting gas. The clerk came out and said hi and asked me out. I said that I was moving and wouldnt be visiting anymore. He asked for my phone number. I figured, what harm could there really be in this? I gave him the #. The next day by the time i had made it to lunch i had three missed calls and a voicemail from this person. CREEPY. I was too creeped out to reply, not that I had ever really planned on doing so. The calls and texts continued to go on for a while. Even a few months after no calls or texts, they would randomly come. He even called from different numbers. I thought that maybe it was just me that he had stalked, but then a while after, when I was with my friend who was getting gas at the shell acrossed the street, I explained the story to her and she said the reason she goes to shell is because the same guy hit on her! Except she was smart and lied so she didnt have to give out her number. If you are a young girl and not a total butterface then don't go here! Go to the shell, its much safer and free from creepers! be weary, he also sometimes works at the 7-11 down the street! read more

Stopped for a car wash. It was the most run down, scary, dirty, inefficient car wash ever. There was tape holding parts together and the soap that was being spit out didn't even reach my car! My car and tires were just as dirty when I came out as when I went in. Oh, and I paid $8 plus a $1 fee just to swipe my atm card. Greedy owner, who has not kept up the property or equipment. JUST KNOCK IT DOWN. read more

The employee this afternoon was so rude it shocked me! After I declined to donate $1 to some charity the clerk told me, "I get so annoyed when people don't donate, I can't understand it". After I confronted him on how inappropriate that comment was he stuck out his head and asked if I would like to "punch him in the face to feel better". I don't need a gas station attendant to dictate to me how or when I should spend my money. I will never give them my business again and encourage others to do the same. read more

The staff at this Chevron are super friendly!! Believe it or not, I actually go here for coffee and snacks, not to get gas. They also allow you to get cash back, if paying with a debit card, which is super helpful to those of us who pay bridge toll. read more

I HIGHLY recommend going to see Phil for mechanical work! He is HONEST and does a FANTASTIC job on cars! He has always been thorough, efficient, and like I said HONEST. I took my car in for an oil change (19 bucks!) and he did a complimentary check on my car and found a few things that needed attention. He did not pressure me to get service done and handed me the work order sheet with the things he recommended so that I could compare prices with other places. Parts and labor at other places, ESPECIALLY the dealership, would have left me broke! Phil quoted me such amazing prices and whenever I got work done, it was never a penny more than he quoted. I just had recalls performed at the dealership, they gave me a laundry list of things I needed done which totaled $2200.00! I immediately took my car to Phil and he looked at the list and said I would not be paying anywhere near this amount and promised to do a complimentary inspection while he fixed one of the things that I for sure needed (which by the way the dealer quoted 375 dollars while Phil quoted me 189!)
