No public restrooms in this shit hole, never stopped at a Chevron that had no public restrooms. Cashier was rude about it.

I am writing this as an extremely concerned and loyal customer. I have been patronizing this Circle…read moreK location (Mesa) twice daily for years. It is my go-to store, and I have always taken pride in supporting this location. I want to begin by acknowledging the positive changes that have taken place under new management. Pam and Janet have done an outstanding job transforming this store into a warm, welcoming environment. It truly feels like walking into a "family" atmosphere, and I cannot praise them enough for their dedication to both the store and us consumers. They absolutely deserve recognition--and perhaps a raise--for their hard work. I also want to give a special shout-out to Paige, who works the late-night shift when Blazer is off. She is an absolute delight. I have never seen the store so clean, and her positive demeanor elevates the entire experience. Hiring her to replace Caleb was a fantastic decision. Which brings me to my serious concern. I was absolutely shocked and disheartened to see Caleb back at this location. In fact, my heart sank to my stomach the moment I saw him. To be blunt: Caleb is, was, and most likely will always be a menace to this store's reputation. He consistently displays a foul, hostile mood that is palpable the moment you walk in. He is either completely ignoring customers while glued to his phone, or--far worse--he is publicly yelling at and humiliating us. I experienced this firsthand recently. I was standing at the register, ready to make my purchase, when Caleb suddenly snapped and began screeching at me over a minor issue. He laid into me right there in front of a full line of customers. I was stunned, my face burned with embarrassment, and I felt completely cornered--trapped between needing to complete my purchase and the stares of everyone in line behind me. I shrank under the humiliation, clammed up, paid in silence, and walked out feeling degraded. This was not an isolated incident. Caleb is forever moaning and complaining to every customer about his personal life and his coworkers, killing the entire vibe of the store. The store was constantly a mess under his previous tenure, and I now dread coming in during the late evenings knowing he might be there. I frequently visit very late at night, and the anxiety of encountering him again makes me want to take my business elsewhere. I was also thoroughly surprised and concerned to see him back on the premises, and I question the decision to rehire someone with such a track record of hostility toward your loyal customers. What I am asking for: 1. A formal review of Caleb's behavior and customer interactions. 2. Retraining on basic customer service and professional conduct--or, frankly, reconsideration of his employment. 3. Reassurance that this location will remain the safe, welcoming environment that Pam, Janet, and Paige have worked so hard to build. I am not one to leave complaints--in fact, I rarely share my opinions on businesses. But this situation has shaken my trust and left me feeling publicly humiliated in a place I once considered a second home. I hope you take this matter seriously. Your customers deserve better.

I agree with all the Yelp reviews. I'm DONE with this Circle K - on Recker and McKellips. Months…read moreand months of rudeness. I agree, the women behind the counter are non-professional. This not the way customers should be treated. They are not only rude to me, but husband thought they were very arrogant. I now frequent the Circle K on Power and McKellips. Extremely NICE and very helpful - when trying to find something. They will now get all my business Brenda M.
