This is my daily stop! I really love this QT. These guys in my oppinon are the flag ship for all QT stores! They seem to have a well oiled machine here! You never have to wait too long at all... Matter of fact I don't even think I ever had to wait in a line to check out here! They has some type of team-work system going that I have never seen at a convenient store! As we all know pretty mush every QT is laied out the same for the most part. These guy stay up on making sure the hot food is well monitored. I have yet to see over cooked food on their hot food grill. They are educated when it comes to prodect knowledge! Couple time I went to pay for something, not knowing I could get another item for a discounted price or even for free. WOW!! I want these guys to be noticed for all the hard work they are doing here at this place! GREAT JOB!!

First of all, I am only giving a 1 star to my favorite QT because of how many bad encounters I have had with this particular night shift worker. To be continued...

The kids here all are extremely polite and professional. They also seem to really hustle. None of them appear to be little dumb heads who feel entitled to be lazy underachievers living with their parents well into their 50's. These kids are good contributing citizens.

It is my go-to store, and I have always taken pride in supporting this location. I want to begin by acknowledging the positive changes that have taken place under new management. Pam and Janet have done an outstanding job transforming this store into a warm, welcoming environment. It truly feels like walking into a "family" atmosphere, and I cannot praise them enough for their dedication to both the store and us consumers. They absolutely deserve recognition--and perhaps a raise--for their hard work. I also want to give a special shout-out to Paige, who works the late-night shift when Blazer is off. She is an absolute delight. I have never seen the store so clean, and her positive demeanor elevates the entire experience. Hiring her to replace Caleb was a fantastic decision. Which brings me to my serious concern. I was absolutely shocked and disheartened to see Caleb back at this location. In fact, my heart sank to my stomach the moment I saw him. To be blunt: Caleb is, was, and most likely will always be a menace to this store's reputation. He consistently displays a foul, hostile mood that is palpable the moment you walk in. He is either completely ignoring customers while glued to his phone, or--far worse--he is publicly yelling at and humiliating us. I experienced this firsthand recently. I was standing at the register, ready to make my purchase, when Caleb suddenly snapped and began screeching at me over a minor issue. He laid into me right there in front of a full line of customers. I was stunned, my face burned with embarrassment, and I felt completely cornered--trapped between needing to complete my purchase and the stares of everyone in line behind me. I shrank under the humiliation, clammed up, paid in silence, and walked out feeling degraded. This was not an isolated incident. Caleb is forever moaning and complaining to every customer about his personal life and his coworkers, killing the entire vibe of the store. The store was constantly a mess under his previous tenure, and I now dread coming in during the late evenings knowing he might be there. I frequently visit very late at night, and the anxiety of encountering him again makes me want to take my business elsewhere. I was also thoroughly surprised and concerned to see him back on the premises, and I question the decision to rehire someone with such a track record of hostility toward your loyal customers. What I am asking for: 1. A formal review of Caleb's behavior and customer interactions. 2. Retraining on basic customer service and professional conduct--or, frankly, reconsideration of his employment. 3. Reassurance that this location will remain the safe, welcoming environment that Pam, Janet, and Paige have worked so hard to build. I am not one to leave complaints--in fact, I rarely share my opinions on businesses. But this situation has shaken my trust and left me feeling publicly humiliated in a place I once considered a second home. I hope you take this matter seriously. Your customers deserve better.

This not the way customers should be treated. They are not only rude to me, but husband thought they were very arrogant. I now frequent the Circle K on Power and McKellips. I frequent this convenience store/gas station just being a few blocks from work. It is truly…read moreconvenient & SO much cleaner than the Chevron across the street. But, it is fairly small compared to others. So, it does get overcrowded quickly if there is a heavy traffic pattern all of a sudden. I've learned that is usually around lunch hour. The reason I love this location more than most- the lovely lady who works weekdays around 12-1pm is SUCH a gem! She is always pleasant, greets everyone so kindly, and I can't help but notice she has the patience of a saint. I'm not docking her the star- I'm docking the manager because this poor woman is constantly dealing with the lunch rush ALL by herself! She never has another attendant there to hop in & help. And the line often backs up all the way to the coolers during this hour- she somehow maintains her composure & continues to help each in line, no matter how frustrated or agitated some become with the wait. And, I give her props, because it is pretty clear she is of the age where retirement should be an option, so her pace isn't as "swift" as many impatient patrons would prefer... but it is her honest attitude & genuinely kind demeanor that keeps me coming back. Almost everything here is always in stock, and very clean. But, if you can't seem to find something, have a question or need a hand- she is on top of it or has a fantastic suggestion for an alternative... even a recommendation if you need it! I really feel like this location could use a second employee on shift for the counter during such a busy hour to help her out. But, either way, I will continue to frequent here just because she works here & I'm always leaving with a smile on my face from such a pleasant encounter. If there is a promotion or coupon offer- you won't finish your transaction unless being notified & offered the discount... the customer service is fantastic! I wish I could remember her name, but she deserves a lot of praise for keeping this location in check every day during the lunch rush, and truly caring about the patrons who visit.

Holt 3 reviews · 71 photos…read more5 minutes ago I am a frequent customer of this Convenience store/gas station at least 4-5 per week. It is .8 miles from my house and very convenient for me because I pass it everyday going to and from work. I prefer going here than anywhere else. Even if it's busy I am happy to wait because I'm supporting my neighbor hood store. Today I stopped for gas and propane. I was unsure if I was supposed to bring the tank inside or leave it outside. So I brought it inside. There was a long Line and the older lady cashier with glasses. Immediately she blurts out in front of other customers that it needs to go outside. I shook my head yes and she says why did you bring it in then? I say nothing and bring it out to the propane cage. I returned inside where there is a line of 8-10 people. Embarrassed with people looking at me. I wait to be helped. Luckly another cashier came out to help me. Today I spent 53.50 in gas, 25 for propane and 14 in miscellaneous items. I don't know if she was having a bad day or she thought I was being rude by shaking my head. What ever the case be, I don't think this is anywhere near customer service. Maybe the $100 I spent on this visit was not enough. Maybe 4 visits a week are not enough. Maybe the only gas station my daughter and wife frequent for gas as well is not enough. Maybe Chevron, Shell or QT deserves a shot. Most successful businesses recognize the importance of providing outstanding customer service. A courteous and empathetic interaction with a trained customer service representative can mean the difference between losing or retaining a customer.
