This appears to be a standard fuel station, so services requested would not be applicable (no oil change, car detailing, etc). I'm not familiar with the type of fuel Sunoco is to know the quality or value, but the price was on par with neighboring fuel stations. This location is a little hard to navigate into depending on the direction you are driving from (reason for 4 star), so be mindful that you may have to make a sharp turn to plan to come in route from Phelps. Overall, it wasn't that difficult and will keep in mind if in the area/convenient to stop in.
