Night shift stared at my hand putting in my pin number. An hour later I am double charged. Do Not go there.

On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

There's a middle eastern guy around 25-30 years old who is one of the most rudest people I have…read moreever encountered. He works mostly night shifts. I've seen him a couple of times and each time he was always rude but I never thought it was enough to write a review. This happened a couple weeks ago, it was in the morning. I stepped in the store and said hello, the guy just stared at me and said nothing. I wanted to grab a buzzball. The guy followed and chased me down, and asked me in an intimidating tone what was I doing. I replied saying I wanted to buy alcohol. He scoffed and asked me multiple times if I was from the U.S or a U.S citizen... like what does that have anything to do with me buying a buzzball? I was dumbfounded, I didn't know what he meant. He also got super close to me, which I had to take a few steps back because he was making me nervous. To be fair it was early in the morning and I didn't know there was a certain time you could or couldn't buy alcohol. But I honestly didn't know, I just turned 21 last year. The fact that him, being a brown person asking another brown person if they're from the U.S. It's unbelievable and hilarious. There was a completely different and better way to handle this situation, I wasn't rude at all. So I don't understand why I was treated the way I was treated here. If he would've just said 'hey, we can't sell you that until X o' clock .' I would've been cool and come back at a different time. Train your employees to have better customer service and educate them that people CAN be a U.S citizen and make a stupid honest mistake like I did. Instead of making ignorant and racist remarks. This used to be my go-to gas station for snacks and gas. But time after time again they never disappoint in making you feel like snot.

I find this gas station to be in a very convenient location. It's across the street from Safeway,…read morevery close to the freeway entrance, and close to Mountlake Terrace High School. I have never had a negative experience here, except sometimes around 10:30-noonish there will be a man looking at the garbage which is a tad bit out of the usual but a flex. Prices are great, and I find any Arco in the area (Lynnwood/ MLT/ Mukilteo) to be cleaner and feel safer we than most gas stations, and all of them are usually the cheapest which is great. I've never had a line longer than 2 people inside.

I would not even give a review, although I have to to warn the community about the female worker…read morethat I encountered there today. I stopped at that shell for $20 in gas and smokes. She didn't ask me which type of gas I would like(as most shell stations do.) After complimenting her hat, putting in my Fred Meyer's reward card to get a $.20 discount, and paid for my purchases. When I went to the pump, I pressed the lowest grade of gas, insert the hose, and clipped the clamp so it would flow without me holding and turned around to see that it was pumping the highest grade gas at $3.48!! It only had pumped $3.62 .035 gallons of gas. I was floored since I had tried to get the most gas for my money. I walked back inside and asked if she had pressed the button inside for the highest grade, she rolled her eyes, and walked outside with me to see for herself claiming she couldn't press any buttons(how does she do pre pays then?) Looking at my pump, she told me I must have pressed the high grade pump. She said I must not have been paying attention. That was NOT the situation at all. I never buy high grade, I'm on a very limited budget, and to clear up mistakes, the buttons are completely apart from each other, not next to each other. She threatened to put the hose back into the holder saying once she does it resets the pump and my money is lost. I told her she has no right to do this. I told her if she pressed the buttons inside as I told her I knew others that worked at other Shell stations, she told me "NEVER!" And walked quickly away. I followed her asking if there was a resolution we could come to, as the high grade gas was not going to get me more that 3 gallons at $20, and with my discount and low grade it would've given me over 8 gallons! That's a huge difference when your taking a sick child to Childrens hospital 3x a week. I'm needing as much gas as possible! She refused to try to take any suggestions of closing out the amount used and recharge me for the right gas and make this right for me. Again no resolution. Then my pump was locked. I had asked to talk to a manager, she said she was the manager, I asked for the supervisor, she claimed they didn't have one. I asked for the owner, she said he never showed up or ever came there. I asked who hired her, she said to "shut up, I was pissing her off!" I was left to my only solution of calling the non emergency Lynwood Police line to figure out what to do. What an ordeal. I had to walk into the store with the officer on the phone on speaker to get her to turn on the gas, as it is considered a Civil matter and the police aren't able to come out for a matter as this when a business steals from you, but when a person steals from a business they can come!?! What is the difference? I know it seems petty, and I was very calm(especially watching her get really out of control!) But I felt really ripped off, my choice taken away from me, and the inability for me to get the best deal for my money. Now my reward money from Fred Meyers are gone, and by the time I got home, the gas was already almost gone, when I should have still should have had 1/4-1/2 tank left. But the amount I spent for the gas was far too much. This was quite a disturbing situation. Now I have the owners number and can contact him about the "Manager" and let him know about the person who is taking others choices away from them, and then is very combative, aggressive, and verbally assaulting to his customers. I suggest you purchase a gift card and pay outside so you have direct control of your options. It still doesn't help if you need assistance with the pumps though. I hope this helps.
