I met one of owners or the owner himself one day, he was a tall blonde man? He was nice and took care of my cup of coffee after I told him how I go to his store every day since I live behind it and really love it. Different management - same old issues. This store is like an other over-priced convenient store. It also suffers from independant franchise issues like no corporate responsability and advertising for out of stock items. One thing I can't stand is poor customer service. I live fairly close and come in often. Generally, the customer service isn't bad. A couple of younger guys were always working and were nice. New hires have come in without the same customer oriented mentality. Maybe this will change, maybe it won't. Personally, I'd suggest going elsewhere to be over-charged. read more

WORST 7 ELEVEN EVER!!!! I have a major slurpee addiction and have used 7 Elevens across the planet, literally. This is one of the worst - and proudly advertising that it's under new management!. Their EBT machine is down for a month and they seem to have no intention of fixing it, instead they stick photocopies stating that it's broken every few feet in the store! The store is dirty. The slurpee station is always out of lids and the entire area is sticky and dirty. Also,the slurpee machine never has whichever flavor I want. I'm not kidding. The machine has to go into a melt cycle to keep the consistency. This is supposed to happen late at night when no one is in the store, but at this location it's always in melt mode! The last time I was there I asked where the next nearest 7 Eleven was and the employee refused to tell me! Finally a customer told me when he heard the rude employee say "Well you can use your phone or ask someone else then." This is new management??? PLEASE, do yourself a favor, go a few more minutes to the one at Alderwood - 4520 200th St SW. That's where I go now even though this lame one is right next to my house. read more

This is my neighborhood convenience store. I have been a customer for many years. Since the new owners took over it has gone completely downhill. Every time I go there to get cash out, their machine is "out of order" and twice my husband has tried to buy a carton of cigarettes from them and has been told no he can't buy 10 packs of cigarettes. Does that make any sense? Aren't they in the business of selling things, why wouldn't they want to sell as many packs of cigarettes as they could? The store is dirty now and the people that work there are rude. Big fat thumbs down on this store! read more

I came in about a couple weeks ago and purchased dog treats that were on the counter in a jar well I went in there today and I bought my things and wanted to get a treat for my dog so I ask the man at the counter if they had any and he kept on saying no cutting me off while I'm trying to talk and then I say well do you know if you're going to get them back or are you getting them back? He just kept on saying no didn't even speak to me like a human being extremely rude and passive aggressive voice only saying no to me you could've just said hey just to let you know I don't know if they're going to be back in stock but I'll be sure to ask! That right there would've been a great answer instead of just saying no 20 times and cutting me off. Not how you treat a customer not how you treat anyone. Definitely not coming here again would rather go out of my way to a different store then deal with rude customer service. read more
