Just dealt with pure ridiculousness at Chevron over a 12 pack of Coke. The female employee got proven wrong as usual. Her manager told her I was right over the phone too. Terrible customer service. Didn't apologize. Just gave me more attitude after she was proved wrong. She overcharges me for the 12 pack. I bring it to her attention that the price I saw was not the price I was charged. She said the price I see is for members only. I told her that's not true. There was no sign near the cokes. She said yes there was sir, you just didn't look closely. I told her she was wrong and she should come look at the sign for herself. She gets to the soda area and immediately goes to a sign for Pepsi and Mountain Dew and says "see the sign is right here! You didn't look!" Rolls her eyes. I said that sign you're looking at is for Pepsi and Mountain Dew which it clearly states. I'm buying Coke! She says "oh, you're right, someone needs to change the signs." She goes back to the register, "refunds the original transaction back to my card" without even swiping my card. Then charges me the correct price. I ask her how will I get the refund if you never swiped my card? She said, it went right back to your card automatically. I know that's not right, but I'm already done and just want to leave. There're two people behind me trying to buy stuff. I'm over it. I walk out to my car and look at my receipt. It said "refund cash." So, I go back into the store to show her and get my $14.10. She rolls her eyes when I walk in. I told her that she was supposed to give me my money back in cash. It says right here on the receipt. Please refund my money because I've been charged twice. She looks at it and says she has to call the manager. I tell her, no, just give me my cash like the receipt told you to. She says no I have to call my manager. She walks from around the counter and I'm saying you don't need to call a manager, you just need to give me my money back. She closes the Employees Only door in my face. Comes out 3 minutes later and gives me my money back for the first transaction. I said "you let me walk out of here the first time and I was going to be charged twice." She just looked up at me and gave me the money. Left with a huge headache from all this avoidable needless grief! Not giving this gas station my business again. read more

There was a 5$ discount on a pack of white claws if you signed up to be an extra mile member so I did. They would not honor this discount and I was made pay full price. Washington Blvd/ Pleasant Grove location I like how big this Chevron is, lots of spaces in between the rows and pumps even when the delivery tanker truck is filling the underground tanks. The station is always clean. The air/water station is separated at a few distance that you're not in the way of cars coming in and out... and is always free. The Extra Mile mini mart is huge and even has a picnic table outside under a covered umbrella (in hot summer days). Immediately next door is a full service carwash, Justin's Carwash & Detail Center. On the same side is a Firestone Complete Auto Care. These businesses are at a good spot with lots of space around them. If coming from Baseline/Fiddyment you can access this Chevron station through Pleasant Grove by making a left on Galilee Rd heading east bound. If coming from WB (like if you're coming from The Galleria) it will be immediately to your right after the light on Pleasant Grove and Washington. Been coming here for years... Sometimes problems, but nothing ever major... But the other day I had some scratchers to turn in. I already checked them on my app, and knew exactly what I had...the woman I will call Flo the kiss my grits lady, even though I think her name is the popular one that we all love lol. I gave them to her and then she wants to do everything at once even though I like to do things separately because of slow people like her...gives me back only $11 even though I knew there was $15. I asked to see my tickets. She won't give them to me...she says they're unavailable... wrote to the lottery board but they couldn't do anything about it because I didn't have pictures so remember anytime you turn in anything take a picture of it first... It's only four dollars but it's the principal...who else has she screwed... When I checked at other gas stations I asked them how they deal with them and they're available to look at so I don't know WTF She was talking about that she could not give me back my ticket, so I could look at them. This is by far one of the cleanest and most friendliest of the Chevron's I've been too. Their customer service is exceptional, and they really go above and beyond to help you in any way possible. The posted price for the cigarette is not what you are going to pay. Asked the clerk as to why and got a bad attitude (something like I didn't post the price, I don't know). Immediately removed the posted price and threw it on the table. Been to this gas station many times and never again. read more

Came here later at night around 11:30pm 05/13/22, just needed 2 energy drinks. As I approached the door the worker who was parked in front of the store told me he was on his break from the window of his car, so I waited 15-20min the employee just stayed in his car and was smoking a blunt, I assume his break never ended. I stop in to this place fairly often due to the fact that it is fairly close to my work. I don't really expect much when I go to a chevron gas station. But the customer service here is really disappointing. Don't get me wrong, not every employee is bad. But there have been multiple occasions where it is horrible. I understand we all have bad days but you shouldn't show it when working the register. Other than that they have everything that any gas station would need. Has always been clean quick service till recently the night clerk shuts the store down whenever he sees fit for lunch breaks in parking lot to mop floor never know when the door will be locked and you'll be asked to wait till he's ready I've always assumed he was here to make the store money so if I pull in with my company truck needing to refuel and get some snack and smokes I would thing the close to 200 sale would be worth an effort or slight inconvenience think again I'll be going over the freeway north of 65 from now on even knowing this is closer and enroute to where I'm going read more

I always find myself stopping by this gas station with my Husband because it's one of the only ones in the immediate area and very easy to get in and out of. There is an Arco located just up the street that's WAY cheaper but my Husband has to use his work credit card to buy gas which leaves us coming here. As said, you pay for the convenience of this location because the prices are way higher than they are at other locations in the area. They have a nice little convenience store and plenty of pumps to fill up at. I have never been here when it has been crowded and I never had to wait in a line to fill up which is nice. There is no car wash at this gas station but there is a car wash next door if you really want one. I haven't been inside the convenience store yet so I can't comment on service, but the pumps outside are always working, the parking lot is clean, there aren't shady characters hanging around, and there's always soap and water to clean your windows. I love swinging by hear to and from work...so easy to get in and out of. The staff that works here is so nice. On a side note one Sunday morning a friend of mine and I were out on a run super early and she fell and scuffed herself up pretty bad. we swung in here and asked for a band aide of any kind. The lady behind the counter was so nice and offered her first aide kit and got us back on the road...now that is going over and beyond. read more

I had gone over my miles and months for getting an oil change and felt bad so went somewhere I had never gone before. The guy got me into the bay quickly and directed me to the sitting area nicely. I walked in and started looking around at the different things for sale as there was a line at the register. I had grabbed something small to eat and stood in the now line of two. There was coffee, but it was almost out as I started to fill my cup. As she noticed me getting mainly air she quickly let me know she had another pot brewing and would switch them out after getting done with the person who was in front of her. She was true to her word and the coffee wasn't half bad. Another reason I had gone to this place for an oil change was due to the fact that I had a coupon. When I went to pay she told me that I didn't need to pay until my car was actually done. I said that was fine that I would just pay for what I had picked up. She told me I could pay all at once if I wanted and I said ok. As I waited I just walked around more. When my car was done she realized I hadn't eaten what I had picked up and told me I could have since she thought I had held off since I hadn't paid yet. She was very sweet! As I was paying for everything she pointed out for future reference that they had a deal on Wednesdays where you can get your oil changed and get a free car wash. And also handed me a door hanger with more coupons on it for the next time I came in. I had no problems here and it was clean and friendly from start to end. Will definitely be back. read more

Well it's a gas station quick mart and nothing special. It's clean. Prices are on par with other stations like Shell in the area.
