Listen, the gas station itself is great. People are always friendly and it's clean. I've never eaten the breakfast burritos, but coworkers say they are good. But that car wash! Wow. Whoever built it clearly doesn't understand car dimensions. I drive a Mazda CX-5. It's not that big. I barely fit. I couldn't back out once I started to go because the entrance is so narrow I would have seriously damaged my car. My car is brand new. I was having a panic attack driving into it. The rails are so narrow. I almost scraped my rims. I do not understand why they are there. Also the height is 7 ft. Thankfully my Mazda is under that, but for a second I thought, I really hope it is! Once the car wash finishes and you have to drive through the blowers, beware! Literally no room. Almost scraped my side mirrors. And it wasn't like I was so far over to one side. It's a tiny car wash. Dangerous. I'll never go back through. The owners should put a fat warning sign and honestly only tiny cars should use it. Poor design! There's just not many touch less ones around it's right by my work. read more

Chevron is known for having quality gas. I love Chevron and will try to find one when traveling. I just don't trust those no name stations. The gas may be cheaper, but you just don't know what you're getting. read more

Over the last year I've been going to this gas station on my break from the hospital at 12-2am range for a snack. Almost always the same guy was there, named David. He's a great guy, good asset to the store. I always got the same thing when I came here and he would know when they were getting low and said he would save one for me if I wanted for the next time I came in. I kept coming here because David was great and it'll be sad no longer coming here as I am moving away, but just figured he and the company should know how great he's been since I started coming to this gas station at the start of the year. read more

Safe!! Great at night to go due to 24hr attendant with well light faculty, car wash, and restroom availability!'

The auto washing machine is out dated and leaves dirt spots all over. You also can't pay outside you have to get a code from the attendant.

Not a bad place for gas. They have what looks like a full service car wash, lots of snacks and different foods, water/air and gas/diesel. I do find it quite annoying that the gas pump asks me 20 questions every time I just want fuel. Do you have a SafeWay membership card? Do you want a car wash? Do you want a receipt?..... Please see attendant for receipt..... Short Stuff Cafe inside the store is definitely worth a try. Not only does this Chevron's car wash leave a gross residue on your car but they couldn't even bother putting up signs letting people know they'd have to come inside to pay for it since they can't figure out how to buy receipt paper for the pumps outside. As convenient as this location is for me I will not be back. When paying at the pump, the receipt will not print out and you have to go see the cashier to get your receipt. This has been an issue for at least a year. Last night I asked why they did not have this addressed and I was told that it is a "software issue". That is not a reason, it is an excuse. Spend the money and fix it! If you offer pay at the pump service then you need too provide a receipt at the pump too as well. read more

Eat here and get gas? Na, the gas is always much too expensive here, but the food is awsome!! Been coming to this hide-a-way for years. A real and authentic fast food grill inside the station convinence store. They grill to order breakfast burritos and sandwiches made from real ingredients.. Yes real eggs, cheeses, meats and potatoes (used in the Dan's Special) , and a bar of sauces to please any spice needs. Always friendly staff. Would easily be a 5 star joint, but I have to minus 1 star (at least!) for the newer employee who needs some refresher courses from the county board of health. It's not cool (or sanitary) to keep wiping your nose with the same hand you serve with, you need to replace your gloves after cracking fresh eggs, not just wipe them lightly on a dirty rag, and please wash items or replace rags that fall on the floor before you use them again. Yes, this grill is in the wide open, so you cant hide bad manners! Sure, that alone is against all my moral judgement in picking a place to eat, but I like it so much I keep my fingers crossed that I dont catch anything (not yet anyway). This used to be my favorite place to gas up and get a reasonable car wash, now I can just get gas because their car wash has gone to crap. I just got done with a car wash and the soap cycle smelled like watered down windex. There were no suds at all. Then the tri colored foam was even foam it was watered down something that wasn't even colored. It was just suds and ironically more soapy than the windex soap! I am pretty sure the rain x rinse was just another water rinse. I don't expect a ton for a $10 dollar car wash, but I do expect what I pay for and this was disappointing on all levels. Ten bucks for windex soap, foam smelling water, and and extra rinse. I will not be returning to say the least. read more

Answered all my questions and ended the call with looking forward to seeing us. Sent the RV there the next day and was told that everyone there was so very helpful and made the entire process so pleasant. For starters ...I never buy gas at Chevron. Shell V power is all I use. It really does make a difference! I do have to say for my convenience store needs I go there every day. The employees are all super friendly and understand what good customer service is all about! No matter what kind of day I am having I will walk out with a smile. The only reason I knocked of one star is the cleanliness of the restroom. Yuck! I make it a point to try and never use any gas station restroom if at all possible but sometimes it's unavoidable. I came up and had an issue with my gas pump. I went in and Dylan the gas attendant was extremely helpful and personable. He walked out did everything he could to fix the problem and moved me to another pump. I was afraid of losing my Safeway gas points, but they were still there Yay! I am in the restaurant business and appreciate the genuine kindness I received. Everyday we have small interactions with cashiers, clerks, and other professions. Got gas and decided to get my car washed too. Worse car wash I've ever had! Didn't clean any dirt off the windshield or car. Still had bird crap on the paint unscathed by the car wash. Didn't realize it until I got back home. No phone number on the receipt so I had to look them up. Connected to the store and they said I needed to call a different number. Finally reached someone and he said to come back and I could get another wash. Why would I want another wash that doesn't work? I told them that I called to let them know that their car wash was broke and to see if they could send me a coupon for another wash. He didn't seem to care but said I could get a refund if I came back to the store. Not worth driving back across town to get a refund. Regarding the Service & Smog center: You know something is either extremely good (or extremely bad) when I take the time to sit down and write a review. In this case, it was extremely good. My car didn't pass smog for the first time in its life. I normally take it to a Test-Only station, so when I needed to have it diagnosed, I looked online and found this place. The mechanic (Brad?) was friendly, down to earth, knew what he was talking about, and obviously had a lot of experience under his belt. His initial diagnosis turned out to be a false positive, and since he couldn't pin down the cause of my high CO count, he made a recommendation and didn't charge me a penny. Talk about excellent customer service! They just gained another return customer. read more

I purchase fuel here much of the time for my van, mostly on the weekends. As I am fueling up, I go about the area picking CRV containers from this station's trash cans. I was told today 1/27/2015 by the manager NOT to do this activity and to take my business down the road to another station which, I will. I don't believe that a gas station should allow CRV pickup activity on the weekend then during the week re-neg on their permission and send the customer "packing." This is bad business policy.
