Most of them are kind, helpful, and know me by name because I'm there so often. This review is not about them -- it's about CVS corporate and the way this place is being run. The touchscreen register systems are awful and constantly unresponsive. Employees have to keep tapping the screens over and over just to ring people up, which adds several extra minutes to every transaction and creates unnecessary stress for both staff and customers. There's no reason a company this large should have equipment that works this poorly. On top of that, dealing with my son's prescription prior authorization every month has been exhausting. Patients should not have to act as the middleman between the pharmacy, insurance, and doctor's office over and over again. It honestly feels like CVS is cutting corners on staffing, systems, and support while the employees are left dealing with the frustration from customers. The workers deserve better than this. It's frustrating for both staff and customers, and it really needs to be addressed.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm smile from the clerk and then, Andrea, the pharmacist. I needed to fill a pain Rx and was prepared for a refusal, thanks to the FDA's criminalization of pain patients, doctors and pharmacists that treat them. Instead, Andrea chose to get to know me. She asked why I had moved to Lincoln and if I liked it here, where I lived before, and what my medical conditions were. I know that this information is necessary, it's called a treatment plan, but the way I was asked for this information was more like meeting a friend, not an interrogation to be judged. I appreciate this more than I can express. I will be transferring all of my medications to Lincoln Pharmacy and truly look forward to them fulfilling my needs as well as building a professional friendship with these lovely people. Parking is plentiful and the wait time is nearly nonexistent. Thank you, Andrea and staff for treating me with kindness, with dignity and for your warm welcome to Lincoln California.

As soon as I told him my name they politely explained they did not have the full amount that I needed, but they could fill it at least for 30 days and I said that is fine And my order was processed and completed under 15 minutes. The staff at this location were very friendly and even wanted to offer a consultation and I politely explained that I've been taking the medication for over a year so I'm OK so that was definitely nice that they have an offer And available to all customers and I only had to pay nine dollars for the prescription so I was even happy about that versus the $77 that my previous insurance wanted for it definitely happy to know that Walmart has generic prescription very affordable definitely gave me some relief when I was afraid I was gonna have to pay $77 and also they take good RX but the price is already nine dollars. It wouldn't get any cheaper than that so I was happy with the price that I paid. If you have not tried them. I recommend trying Walmart pharmacy very friendly and very quick very efficient. My mom is constantly ill for one reason or another, plus she is fragile, over weight and a hard…read moreperson to live with. Every week I am in charge of shopping and doing a variety of errands for both of my elderly parents. On some days, my dad and I have been sent around town searching for a transport chair and toilet seat, that is sturdy, comfortable and wide enough to accommodate all of her difficulties getting in and out without causing pain and discomfort. Needless to say that perfect wheelchair seems hard to find. That's when my dad mentioned we should check out Lincoln Medical Supplies. We have already visited them a few times with numerous questions. A very nice and knowledgeable young woman has helped us each time. She goes out of her way to assist us as we browse the store taking photos and measurements for my mom who remains at home mostly bedridden and refuses to leave the house. We were given a number of helpful options to think about and discuss with my mom. I really appreciated her efforts in showing us all the available choices that are out there for special order. Now, I just need my mom to make a decision, so we can all move forward! The problems we face, is that once the chair is purchased it can't be returned if my mother doesn't like it!

Management is poor and discrimination is a thing. I stayed with my mom 24/7 and some of the staff were cruel with me while others were angels. My mom's mobility required 2 persons which I was one of them doing it with complete love. However, I was mistreated by management through passive aggression including verbal insults. The center refused to allow my mom additional days of therapy because the nurse director "did not like me and my sick mom".
