okay guys. what a great place. i was taking my wifey here for surprise date night for pre-valentines day because pffff guys, its riteaid. how can she not love that? it is literally the best place in the world ... i mean aside from payless shoes but they freaking closed so riteaid it is. anyways, so wifey and i get to there, okay? and she didn't even realize it was her date night surprise. her jaw dropped. "you can't be serious!?" and we go in and its just. wow. its wow. thats all i can say. the staff? what a cool kid club. there was like a ton of food stuff and fun stuff too and i kept running off to see the sales. there were some good ones. i saw a card with a parakeet on it. it reminded me of mine from when i was little, jeff tuesday. jeff tuesday escaped and my dad tried to tell me he was off selling insurance door to door, like what the heck dad, how is that supposed to help me? pretty sure birds can't sell insurance but whatever dad. jeez. anyways that bummed me out because even though its been like 20 ish plus years since i saw jeff tuesday last i was really sad because he was a dope bird you know? dude there was some awesome stuff happening in the cosmetics section like i dont know what you guys do there but it was freaking pristine. it looked like gwen stefani's voice sounds. one direction's what makes you beautiful came on while we were there and vera tried to pretend i wasnt dancing to it. got too into it and hit my hand on a display. sorry for knocking stuff over. the store looked great. sorry. we went into the section with the outside weather no-getcha section (idk what its called, but you know, like ponchos and other stuff so rain can't get you. so i grabbed this awesome red umbrella, okay, and i'm like, "honey...look, umbrunchuckella" (that's an umbrella thats also a nun-chuck) and vera says, "we've gone over this. you can't do that in public." which is frustrating because i really really want to use an umbrunchuckella, she just says i cant do it because i've hit myself twice doing it and she doesn't want me damaging anything else. overall, 5 stars. great date night destination. we wound up buying nuts, batteries, tissues, and post-its. your cashiers were really really friendly and they were patient with me when i kept getting confused about the total and stuff. you added up the total right. i forgot. i messed up. i'm sorry. you guys were right. sorry dave. you guys are rockstars. oh so fun bonus story! i locked us out of the car for the third time this week while here. "whoooooops" "no...no, please, vanya, tell me you didn't do it again." "yup.....the keys are *points* there" and so we had to spend even more glorious time inside this store while we waited for the guy to show up to rescue us from the car locking. she drove home silently but i'm guessing its because i had the music on and it was some really good stuff from miley cyrus. read more

Came to this Rite Aid for the COVID Vaccine and was very impressed! Was able to make the appointment for the same week. Check in was easy and there was hardly any wait. It was reassuring to see all staff and customers wearing masks and there were plenty of signs with clear directions. The pharmacy staff were pleasant and let everyone know what to expect. My mom and I love coming here we will make a extra trip when we are in Roseville to get the ice cream it is really good it is the original thrifty ice cream the staff knows us pretty well Marsha and Eric know that we are regulars here lol plus they have the cutest wood chimes this a very clean atmosphere very clean establishment very clean restrooms very well stocked shelf's they always have all of the ice creams nice and full plus they have a great dollar sections one is if food and the other has notebooks and towels and containers plus they have a dollar section for dog stuff dog toys dog treats it is definitely a nice area to stock up on I highly recommend this location for any one who loves delicious homemade thriftys ice cream it is very good and affordable prices I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more ice creams read more

The store phone recording said the pharmacy was open until 9pm, the store until 10pm. Neither the general store or pharmacy would answer the phone, they let the message continue to loop. The pharmacy was closed at 8:30 pm when I arrived, although the staff was still working behind the counter. I desperately needed a non-prescription, sold behind the counter medication which Rite Aid stocks and sells. The pharmacist couldn't be bothered to help me, come back tomorrow she said. If I am well enough to drive tomorrow morning, it won't be to this pharmacy. read more

Won't follow CDC and state recommendations to vaccinate 16+ for Covid vaccine, their policy is 18+. They are not helping us get to herd immunity by turning qualified people away. Disappointed they would allow the pandemic to continue taking over our daily lives. We went to this Rite Aide last night as part of the waitlist to get our COVID vaccines. The manager, Stefan, was so kind and answering everyone's questions. So many members of the general public showed up, desperate to get a left over dose. He had his staff giving free ice cream to all the kids as they waited in line with their parents. All the staff at the pharmacy were working so hard and everyone was just so polite and helpful with all the questions they were getting. I was just so impressed with the overall kindness of all the staff there, especially the manager, Stefan. read more

I have serious health issues and i have a lot of medications. Its very important to me that i work with a great pharmacy. I used to be at WalMart where they greeted me by name, went out of their way to help me, and all techs were kind. This was always a good experience as i never had to worry about visits to them. I recently moved and have had to go to The Roseville Square pharmacy. Yuck,yuck,yuck. Most of the techs are just terrible. Some of them scowl at me,literally. Especially this one girl who has black hair that she always wears slicked back in a pony tail. Just rude! I never know what im going to get every time i go there and i dont think someone should worry about the experience they will have when picking up meds. Totally bummed out...... I never imagined what troubles were ahead of me when I made the awesome mistake of attempting to transfer and fill several medications at Rite Aid Pharmacy. I've been diagnosed with cancer and Crohn's disease, both of which leaves me in debilitating and extremely severe pain (including other complications which I will leave at that). Without my various medications (not only narcotic medication) I will end up in the emergency room from medical complications. The problem with this pharmacy (and all the Rite Aid pharmacies according to the pharmacist) is that I/you are unable to get medications filled in a timely manner. For example, my pain doctor sent over narcotic and non-narcotic medications that I have been on exclusively for several months, on Friday. One of those pain medication's is supposed to be released on Monday. So I called Rite Aid pharmacy the same day the medications were sent in to ensure this particular medication would indeed be ready Monday late afternoon. I was then told to call back Saturday (the next day) and speak to the pharmacy manager as the individual didn't know anything about it except that the doctor had included an urgent note to release the medication on Monday. Admittedly, two of the five medications were to early to fill which obviously wasn't a problem (at least not until it's time to fill them). I called back today (Saturday) as the clerk requested and spoke to the pharmacist, Navee. She informed me that not only do I need a treatment plan in place (weird but not a problem) but that takes a minimum of 24 hours for Rite Aid to review the plan. She then indicated it could take longer to release the current and future narcotic medications because apparently the pharmacy reviews these plans on a case by case basis which could take days or weeks. Navee was definitely not optimistic about releasing any of the narcotic medications on the actual due date. To cause further frustration, the pharmacist stated they still need to order the medications. This should have been done when they received the prescriptions from the doctor not the due date of the medicine. Without this medication and the various others that they wouldn't even attempt to help transfer over, it is a probability that I will have to go to the emergency room, which is not ideal due to having a compromised immune system. It's frustrating enough to have to be on narcotic pain medications without the added factor of feeling judged for it. The fact that this pharmacy makes it extremely difficult for a transferring patient to get any and all medications is ridiculous. This is a first for me as I have never been to a pharmacy that, for one, required a treatment plan in place and two, take days or even weeks (per pharmacist, Navee) to review. The pharmacist should've contacted me directly on the same day they received the prescriptions to inform me that a treatment plan was needed so I could have contacted the doctor immediately. That way the "plan" would be in place within their ridiculous timeframe. The pharmacist should have ordered any and all medications they didn't have in stock so that the prescriptions would be available before I run out of medication. Because the medications weren't ordered Friday (to be received by Monday) I was informed that it could take several days to receive the medications. I made the mistake of asking for a partial fill with the medications they had on hand and was refused and told that she would not further discuss this. I am also on several other non-narcotic medication's which I attempted to get those transferred over on Friday morning. The individual I spoke to refused to contact my previous pharmacy to have those medications transferred. They mentioned something about printouts and doing leg work I am unable to do because of my medical conditions. I've had to make several calls to try to get things transferred to no avail. Anyhow, it's just too much of a hassle and the customer support for the disabled is extremely lacking. It's bad enough to be ill and in chronic pain but to have to jump through hoops to get any and all prescriptions filled is ridiculous. When a doctor prescribes a medication the pharmacy is required to fill that medication. In the past I have gone to CVS pharmacy, Walmart pharmacy, Walgreens, and Costco pharmacy (changes of pharmacies due to insurance changes) and I have never had such absurd requirements issued by the pharmacy/pharmacist in order to fill narcotic medications or to have non-narcotic medications transferred. Good customer service dictates that acquiring ones medications (whether a narcotic or non-narcotic) is as uncomplicated as possible. When you are ill the last thing you or I need are troubles, complications, and/or headaches getting much needed medications filled. Shame on the pharmacist and Rite Aid Pharmacy! read more

Rami is the only pharmacist I trust here. He is kiind, thoughtful, and I have more trust in him than my own doctor. The techs are like family. So helpful and go out of their way for you. Normally I would not come here, but I happened to be in the area for another reason, and with some time to kill I wanted to go find a Target or Walgreens but then spotted this store and figured they would have what I needed. Parking was easy in a large lot right out front. The store was bright and uncluttered and had a huge variety of items. Since I wasn't sure where to look for the items I wanted, I approached a helpful and knowledgeable employee who led me straight to what I was looking for. Check out went smoothly, and before I left, I took advantage of the restroom they have available to their customers. read more

I have visited this Rite Aid pharmacy two times now and have only had horrible service. The first time I went in to get my prescription it took an hour and a half to two hours just to get a prescription that is already prepackaged... All they had to do was grab the pack print the tag and that took almost two hours. The second time I went in my doctor had moved my prescription date up sooner than the usual date and The pharmacist would not let me fill it because she believed that I did not need my prescription for another three days even when my doctor put a specific date in for me to pick it up. I liked that this store has lots of really good $1 deals on the first two aisles and many summer essentials for half off. There are a lot of empty shelves all over the place and the refrigerator looked really bare like they had been cleaned out. Also some of the products were scattered all over the place making everything look messy and unorganized. Good place to make a quick stop to grab a common item for a decent price. read more

They have a better selection now . Some good sales. And a above average cosmetics selection. The store has a nice staff, always ready to help, never really overly busy either so lines are short . A few good seasonal items . But what do you expect ? Its a Rite aid and it serves a useful purpose. The store is clean, the usual parking lot in the burbs, We all need a Rite Aid now and again. It's a good place to get lost in. Ask yourself what did I really come in here for and leave with a lot of stuff you don't need but just have to have to make your life complete. I have all my purchases rounded off to the dollar and it is donated to a children's foundation. I have grown to make this my primary drug store in Roseville. Had an awful experience at the pharmacy there and have refused to use this pharmacy since. Called in to pick up a medication and the employee misheard me and filled the wrong thing. I picked it up, paid for it, and left. I looked at my bottle 5 minutes after walking out and realized they refilled the wrong medication and so I immediately walked back in and apologized for the confusion. The pharmacist then scolded me, told me it was my fault and said now they had to throw the medication away. I'm sticking with a pharmacy at a different store now. read more

It's in a convenient place right across the street from my work and even takes Apple Pay! Thrifty's ice cream inside is REALLY good and pretty cheap. The cashier was nice so it was a pretty good experience. read more
