I Used to come here all the time to wash a multitude of vehicles, yet this past year management + washes have gone down hill. Multiple new scratches will show up on my cars every other wash and ill even have spots get missed, and THEY WONT REWASH IT after the fact. Value here is net negative. All you want is to save time and wash your car but you end up with a bigger bill, a bad attitude from the management, and having to spend more time. They also have no safe, legal, option when it gets busy. They would rather you block the intersection and the freeway off ramp, which is highly illegal and a sure fire way to get a ticket, then find you a safe alternative. A quote from management, " yea go in the back of the line and block the intersection" " *sticks up his middle finger* fuck youuuuu, im just cancelling your membership!" You name it I had it on my vehicle: dirt, bird crap, dead bugs and crazy dog hair and sand throughout. $36 later my car is good as new. They hand scrubbed the exterior before I drove through the wash. Then, vacuumed, washed the windows, and made the rims shine. Not the quickest job but definitely thorough. I'll be back.

I tend to notice the little things that most people probably wouldn't, which is both a blessing and a curse. That's why I put off tinting the RAV4 for so long. Turns out I was worried for nothing. Pedro's work was extremely clean, his attention to detail was excellent, and the entire experience was easy and professional from start to finish. My only complaint is that I didn't find him sooner. I'll absolutely be coming back to Pedro in the future, and the RAV4 will be back for a ceramic paint coating as well. If you're picky about your cars and want the job done right, Pedro is your guy.

I paid for the $80 detail package, not the "we waved a rag at it and called it a day" package…read more When I got my car back, there was still dirt packed into the cup holders, dust all over the dashboard, dog hair covering the rear seats and cargo area, grime in the door handles, fingerprints and streaks all over the windshield, and dust still sitting on the turn signal stalk. I could've gotten the same result by driving through a rainstorm and having my cousin Vinny yell "looks clean enough" from the sidewalk. The manager refused a refund and offered a gift card instead. Respectfully, if the first $80 cleaning left this much behind, I'm not exactly excited to come back and try for round two. I don't expect perfection. I drive a dog-mobile, not a museum piece. But when you advertise an interior detail and charge premium prices, I expect someone to at least declare war on the dirt before surrendering.

Highly Doubtful that he was an owner, rather someone with an anger management issue who intimidated the customers. Equipment is soso and you have to be careful with the hoses, so as not to scratch the roof of your car. Wouldn't recommend bringing any new car there ever.
