I got "the works" car wash and the whole process took approximately 25 minutes on a Friday at 11:30. The crew were nice, quick, and thorough. I've had my car 2 years and never had the interior cleaned and with 2 dogs...that's quite a bit of dog hair to vacuum. The surfaces were clean, shiny, and the car smelled great. Since the business owner decided to lie in his response I have attached one of my MANY attempts to reach this business when there has been problems. They have failed to reply to any attempt of contact. The guys were fooling around in my car playing with the stereo and my cd. I watched them doing it all. Even the "manager" there went over and told them I was watching them but they didn't seem to care much and just kept laughing, goofing around in my car. They damaged both the speaker and cd which now has to be professionally removed. They should've spent more time focused on cleaning. I got to Costco and noticed the whole back of the car was still filthy. I tried calling them and emailing them several times. Absolutely no one answers. I decided to treat my car to "the works" at a cost of $38 today at Novato Car Wash. I usually clean the inside of the car myself but my hands hurt from arthritis so I decided to bring my car to them instead. They have you go through the automatic wash first, then pull into the area to finish the inside and outside. One of the fellas that worked on my car was also the cashier for any incoming customers. Me must have left my car running back and forth between my car and the incoming customers 20 times while my car was being worked on. When I was flagged to indicate my car was ready, I walked over to the car and took a look inside the drivers side. I noticed my carpet had still some debris on the carpet, so I asked a worker nearby if they would clean it. She came over and I motioned to her to look at the rug. She started to pick up the debris with her hand, instead of getting the vacuum to clean it. There was also dirt and dust on the chrome on the center console, which I had to find someone working on another car to please wipe the console. When I got home and opened the back of my SUV, still dirt in the back, and lots of dirt on the tire rims. I don't think that anyone ever looks to see if the car is finished completely before they send you on your way. End of the world problem? No, but it would be nice if they looked over the car before turning it over so I would not have to end up finishing it myself. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! If I could give zero stars I would! We got the #4 earlier today. During the initial phase of soaping up, the guy on the passenger side dragged the hose up and hit the ridgeline somewhere on the side/top of car. It was a noticeable bump that we could feel and hear. My wife and child were witness to it too. He continued working as if nothing happened. When the wash was done and the car was wiped down, I took a quick look at the side ridgeline of the car but didn't see anything so we went home. But when we got home, we inspected it a little more carefully and noticed a small nick right above the windshield (passenger side) he gave us. It's minor but you don't go into a car wash coming out worse than you came in. Very disappointed at this $20 car wash we paid for. The guy on the passenger side was very sloppy. DO NOT COME HERE! I had my car interior detailed here last year and was happy with the results so I decided to use them again. It seemed like it took them longer than before to finish but I didn't mind since it wasn't like I needed my car by a certain time, and they looked extremely busy when I dropped my car off. Last year, I was charged $160 and this time was $170 --not sure why it cost more this time as it's the same car. The interior detail also includes a car wash which was nice since my car needed it. Overall, I want to give 4.5 stars. It would've been 5 stars but it seemed like they missed a few spots which was odd. I would still use them again and everyone there works really hard.
