Very lightly seasoned, almost lacking in salt. Needs sauce for flavor. Good texture, needs seasoning. Didn't try the seasoned chicken wings, they looked dry. Tried the regular fried chicken: Nice crispy exterior, moist meat. NO seasoning in the crispy batter, no seasoning in the meat. This would be GREAT, had it been seasoned better. Maybe featuring LOW-sodium cooking?

Everyone I saw walk out, had that white bag in hand which indicated they were coming out with hot food. Inside it's your typical gas station setting and the food is up front by the cashier. You get in line to go to the cashier and order there. We ordered wing, thigh and leg. And we also ordered two pieces of catfish and 1/2 lb of jojos. I was upset about the chicken. Every single person that gassed this place up has never had good fried chicken in their life. It lacked seasoning and was soooooo dry. Literally choking down bites of a chicken leg to go down. Thank goodness I purchased an ice tea to drink, or I would have been in serious trouble. The thigh was just just as dry. For dark meat to be this dry, I couldn't even begin to comprehend how overcooked it was. As dry as it was - you would expect it to be burnt on the outside. But the saving grace was the catfish. For the price point, it delivered on all expectations. On our visit it was $8.99/lb. The catfish was everything the chicken was not. It was hot, fresh, flaky and seasoned so well. We would definitely come back for the catfish. But that's it. Even the jojos were subpar. They sell little containers of bbq sauce and ranch for $0.50 each but they should only be $.10. They hardly have any sauce on the inside. So even though the chicken is like a negative two, the fried catfish delivered above our expectations so I'll give it a three overall. To Note: we ate our food immediately in the car in the parking lot.

When I brought it to the clerk's attention, instead of helping, they flipped me off and kicked me out of the store. Honestly, the display of rudeness was so over-the-top it was almost entertaining, and I wasn't offended--but it's a reminder that this location has serious mechanical issues with its pumps.

Ridiculous how many times their payment system is offline. Not worth the headache. A gas station at…read morethe busiest corner in West Seattle shouldn't be so janky. Lots of business so it is likely quite profitable. No excuse for having a system off line so often. Most customers don't know how to use the parking spots. They park blocking the air and vacuum machine or park at the pump to go in and buy food. The dickdash drivers make their own parking spots along the north end of the property to pick up orders. ‍ All of this volume in a small lot is just crazy and selfish. Hard to maneuver in and thin amounts of clearance. Of course no one tied to the business will do a thing about it. The guys behind the counter have been dense or not customer friendly for the 25 years I have occasionally shopped there. The prices of the items on the shelf are not updated. So products are more expensive when you go to pay. I guess a lot of customers love paying more on a dysfunctional lot. I'm done!

The employee that…read moreopens (female) a few weeks ago that it's against the law for me to sit in my car while pumping my gas. I'm almost 60 and never heard of that. Plus, others sit in their cars and she hasn't harassed them. I told her that I was not aware of any law. I told her that I have a disability where standing causes issues for me at times. She dismissed that by saying, "Well you can't sit in your car!" I checked their signs she was referring to to see if they posted any Washington State codes that states it's the law. The attached is what she was referring to Today, I was pumping my gas and she came to my car window that was up speaking loudly at me. I was on a call & kept telling her I was on a call. She ignored that although she saw the phone up to my ear and repeatedly told her I was on a call!!! She continued badgering me in a forceful, very demanding tone. I asked her the law & where is it posted. She said it says so here then pointed to the attached picture that doesn't say "you can't sit in your car while pumping". And, it has nothing to do with "you can't sit in your car while pumping". It says static electricity can ignite the gasoline. Something that that would apply to someone standing at their pump on their cell phones or other devices. It also is saying if you are filling up a container, it needs to be at ground level. Nowhere on this sign does it say you cannot sit in your car while pumping so she's badgered & harassed me based on that sign ONLY! The constant badgering and her yelling at me became overwhelming and stressful. I told her repeatedly to stop harassing me and to stop talking to me. She then said she was going over to turn off my pump and proceeded to do so. I immediately told her if she touches my pump I will call the police and file harassment and a lawsuit against her and Safeway. Her demeanor escalated and she became worse. I explain to her when someone says to stop speaking to me and stop badgering and stop harassing, by law they are supposed to follow that and take heed! She tried to play the victim saying she feels harassed. I asked Harrell and she said because I said I was calling an attorney against her. Clearly playing the victim because it has nothing to do with harassment. Classic case of deflecting the situation. Her behavior WAS harassing! Her behavior WAS badgering! She WAS verbally attacking me! VERY aggressive; especially attempting to stop my gas pumping that I paid for! This is NOT how you should treat a customer despite the situation! She is clearly setting standards for me and not all of the other customers and I have pictures of them sitting in their car during her shift! I am totally baffled and feel very uncomfortable and not safe around her!
