Instead of helping me resolve the issue, she became rude and told me another employee would have to ring me up. At that point, I was too frustrated and left without my gas or drinks. I understand that mistakes happen--either on my part or with the machine--but I do not appreciate being treated like I was trying to steal. A simple, professional approach to helping me sort it out would have gone a long way. I won't be returning to this location.
