    Gas pump
    HoyMay P.

Costco gas is still the best deal in town despite the fact it is $4+ for a gallon of gas. Arizona has one of the highest gas rates around. The car has to be fueled so what can one do except purchase an electric car. Right now that's not on the list to purchase. we will just groan until prices go down again.

Always friendly and busy. Lines move pretty fast, which is always a good thing. With the price of gas these days, no gas station deserve a lot of stars.

This Costco gas wipes the buttons and pump handles after every customer. Which is really good. Haven't seen them wipe at other ones anymore.

Best gas prices in the valley , easily $.40-$.50 cheaper than anywhere else! So glad I renew my membership every year!

Everything about it is easy except you sometimes have to wait in a long line. Places are clean. The pumps are fast. Membership is needed.

They are open almost around the clock (5 AM to 11 PM daily). I have enjoyed purchasing a quick item needed that is in stock at gas stations or even the occasional redeeming of a simple item in stock through one of the many Circle K promotions. While I haven't used most of these, this particular location has gas, public restrooms, an ATM, coffee, froster, roller grill, hot dogs, Easy Pay, Inner Circle, Amazon Pickup, a Gift Card Mall, and Circle K gift cards. While there is a much larger Circle K up the street, this location does a good job fitting in all they have in a much smaller space. I have found that it is hit or miss for hot dogs or roller grill items to be in stock but otherwise, the store has most items in stock. The service is always helpful. Enroll today with Easy Pay (https://www.circlek.com/easy-pay) and save 30 cents off per gallon for the first 100 gallons and 10 cents off per gallon thereafter. You can also join Inner Circle (https://inner-circle.circlek.com) and save 25 cents per gallon on your first 5 fill-ups. You can then get rewarded in many ways with deals and personalized perks. You can save 3 cents per gallon every day, and after spending $500 on fuel, food, and beverages, get upgraded to a Premium Member and save 5 cents per gallon. There are also sweepstakes and other special promotions (which I won a Circle K gift card last year), and I also receive text messages when the Diamondbacks strike out batters at home (for a free item or gas discount). I also receive 25-40% off every now and then, and I am notified with a text. If you get the Upside app, you can also earn back up to 20 cents (or more!) off per gallon of gas and even at restaurants and groceries. Feel free to register at https://upside.app.link/NW7BQ to get an extra 15 cents per gallon back on your first purchase. You can even use this AND the Inner Circle or Easy Pay offers at the same time as long as you register a credit card in advance. Needless to say, I save a lot and get free items regularly from Circle K, and this is one of my favorite locations.

This employee should be fired!!! Full stop. Not for just one thing but for the constant digging in…read moreand doing more and more instead of just recognizing her failure apologizing and it would have been over. Count how many failures 1. When I came in there were at least 4 people in the store when I came in. She did not realize/recognize I was in there. I or the few people who were inside could have robbed her blind. (You will find out why here shortly) 2. I came in and immediately approached the front counter and I initially did not see her because she was crouched down and could have been working on the lotto but when I looked over I saw her texting on her phone. At first I said nothing and waited patiently. But after approximately 30 seconds I finally greeted her. 3. Her response was. I'll be right there. 4. My response was if you weren't on your phone you could greet the customers. 5. She became even more rude so when she got up I asked for her name so I could talk to the supervisor. 6. There was no name tag. 7. I just told her "no worries I'll take a picture if you won't give me your name." And went to my car to get my phone. 8. I returned about 1 min later she was nowhere to be found. She had run to the back and left the other 3 people in the store unattended. We all waited at the front counter because three of ours wanted tobacco products. We sited for a few minutes when they asked me where she was. (Proves that there was no loud argument from me. (This will come into play shortly. 9. I started a phone conversation with another circle k then only after that she returned. 10. She gave an excuse that she was in the phone texting her boss which is why she was texting. If that were the case 1. A manger who is ok with an employee not being attentive to customers is a bigger issue. Or she would have no problem me reporting her to her boss since her boss already would know. 11. She then said "quote I will not serve you. Then "you are intimidating me." "I have mental issues" "I'm having a bad day" "I'm not serving you""I will never serve you!""good bye" then she threatened to call the police, I urged her too because "then there would be a record of her disrespect and lack of any professionalism." She hung up. She then threatened to call the supervisor... I urged her too. She then put her phone away and again. I'm not serving you. As I was leaving she gave me a few choice hand gestures. So how many violations does it take for circle k to fire a disrespectful employee?

It has a unique name and look to it, that reminds me of growing up whenever I pass any of the 13 Arizona locations, which all have a similar look. While nowadays try to fill up at Circle K locations, every now and then, I still stop by this location for old time's sake and have a positive experience including the customer service. I remember this location being the first place I ever tried to fill air in my tire and probably the first time I filled up with gas, too. I remember picking up a quick snack before. The convenience of the location to everything along Shea and Tatum is great. I remember always succeeding in accomplishing whatever I stopped there for. While it didn't stand out, the service has always met my needs. Their headquarters are in Scottsdale, and they have put pride in having spacious lanes with very modern pumps under large canopies to keep everyone in the cool shade during the day and out of the dark at night. Also, every Superpumper station has its own SP Market featuring fresh hot foods, health bars, drinks, craft beers, wines, and more. Some of the SP Markets even feature Krispy Crunchy Chicken restaurants. Learn more about Superpumper at https://superpumper.com. Also, this Superpumper location uses Shell Fuel. You can join Fuel Rewards and earn 10 cents off per gallon for every $50 spent at participating restaurants with a linked credit card, 5 cents off per gallon for every $50 spent online shopping, 10 cents off per gallon for every $50 spent at a rental car company, various in-store rewards for buying certain items at Shell participating locations, and exclusive deals if you purchase certain items. If you're like me and fly American Airlines frequently, you can earn 3 AAdvantage miles for every gallon filled. Also, T-Mobile Tuesdays provides promotions to give 5 to 20 cents off per gallon every week at a Shell station. I recommend checking out Superpumper (even if I often am going to Circle K). At least I know you'll have a good experience.

The store was in better shape when Angie was in charge have seen a huge fall in the quality of service since she left. I also noticed if you prepay inside you end up with less fuel because you hear the pump slow down about 2 dollars before it runs out vs letting the machine run and get more gas. It's a shame have not seen any other gas station do this. The gas is also about 30 cents higher than surrounding gas stations. Going to contact corporate and see if someone can bring this dying store back to life. It is not what it used to be.

This Jackson's Car Wash used to be a Danny's Car Wash way back when, but when Jackson's took over,…read morethe customer service seemed to change almost overnight along with the promotions changing. Also, I recalled having sales people trying to make money off you using insurance to repair your windshield (when you simply wanted a carwash). The service has always been hit or miss depending on the day, time, and how busy it was. Sometimes, you could be the next car right from the start, and other times, there was a long wait. You used to have have someone drive your car through the car wash while you waited in the waiting area inside (where you can buy a snack or do a bit of shopping) or an area outside. Now, you have to drive your own car through the car wash and then if you paid extra, you can turn the car to the left to have someone do some extra work cleaning it. If you only paid for an express car wash, you turn to the right and can vacuum your car on your own. I'm not sure if you can even go inside anymore. On a positive note, SOMETIMES (definitely not always), you get a coupon and air freshener and an invitation to do a spot check and provide them feedback if something still needs to be cleaned up. They did this for my wife's car last week but not for me this week. I also noticed several stations for tips to be made whether you want to pay more at the start, leave a cash tip right after the car wash, or give a tip at the end after any extra work is done. The good news is that any tip is shared with everyone. Every time I have been at a car wash over the years, I have had to point out something that was missed, though often, they do a good job as a start. There is a Jackson's Car Wash app with rewards when you spend enough on a car wash. Yelp has coupons available, and so does the Jackson's website (https://jacksonswash.com). There are also text club rewards, mystery shopping opportunities, and unlimited wash plans. Some of the specials include Buy One Get One Free Mondays, $5 Tuesday & Wednesday Express Car Washes, and 1/2 Off Full Service Washes on Wednesdays. They also send out a free car wash for your birthday (valued at $20) if you sign up for their e-mail list. I also just learned that they support the community with lifetime discounts including discounts for seniors, early birds, military, students, and teachers. When my wife got a car wash last week, they let me come back for a half price car wash this week. Also, if it's raining, there's the 72 hour clean car guarantee where you can come back for a free exterior wash. While the deals are actually pretty great, the service and experience are hit or miss. I certainly think that Jackson's has improved but still has a long way to go to get to what I thought of its predecessor Danny's. I will still plan on checking back there and giving a car wash a try every now and then to see if it is getting better.
