absolutely not 24 hours. closed at night and they pick the hours they decide to open and there is no way for you to know except drive up and check the doors. most nights they are locked up tight. read more

I've gone to this Chevron Station store, twice, now and I have had bad experiences, both times! I just needed something real quick, but the cashier was oddly taking his sweet time when he was putting change away into the register, and I tried hurrying him up, but he just kept at it! I eventually got fed up and had walked out only for him to run after me, calling me back?? A lady that was waiting behind me had walked out shortly after me, but it was ridiculous! I come to this Chevron quite often not for gas but for carwashes. The automatic carwash here is quite reasonably priced at $7, $9, $11 for each tier of service. Like most well-priced schemes, I tend to choose the middle option since it combines the wash and some waxing protection for my car. Perhaps due to its being the only reasonably priced carwash option around here, it tends to get quite crowded. Lately, I have had to wait at least for 20-30 minutes just to get my car washed. Performance wise, I would say it is only decent. Do not expect to get every little thing absolutely and cleanly washed off of your car, but this automatic wash does do a decent job at getting your car back into a presentable state at the minimum. read more

This is the worst gas station I had ever been to. The nozzles don't lock into place. And they ran out of water for the window wipers.

I have seen a lot of complaints about the car wash here and I have to dispute some of it. When you pay $6 to $8 dollars you should not be expecting your car to come out as if you spent the afternoon washing, waxing and buffing. This is a 5 min, hold your car over until next proper wash, wash. Relax, pump your gas and get a candy bar in the mini mart. read more

This place sucks yo! I stopped by this Chevron on my way home because premium is relatively cheap for a Chevron station. Most stations have increments of at least 10 cents per grade of unleaded, but this one had only a 6 cent difference between 89 and 91. As I let my car eat his dinner, I went in to the shop to get my $52 million jackpot winning lottery ticket. The attendant was this old guy who didn't know how to work his own register. The person in front of me was using his debit card to buy gas but I guess the attendant kept canceling the transaction. The guy walked finally walked away. Then I asked him for a ticket, but he did not understand. I had to point to the jackpot sign on his register for him to print a ticket and throw it at me. Then I went out and found out that the receipt did not print outside, and came back in to get a receipt. He was confused again but finally printed a receipt and threw it at the counter. I wanted to slap the guy. The only thing good about this place is if you care about which stations you fill up at, the premium gasoline is a bit cheaper than most Chevrons. read more

Carwash is LAME. It didn't even clean the cobwebs off the side mirror because there is no side brush like other car washes, but the blower removed part of the moulding around the front windshield. On a good note, there is a really long wait for a mediocre car wash. read more

Very decent Laserwash 4000 automatic brushless carwash! This is the same machine that the chevron near my house in Sunnyvale used to have! They have since upgraded but this machine here at the saratoga chevron still runs very well with full soaping! Very satisfied and the station clerk was very courteous! read more

Decent touch-free car wash, but the gas is overpriced and doesn't give you a discount on the car wash (so don't bother). The car wash key pad dealie is also oddly placed, and as such you will probably have to park your car, hang a leg out the door and ackwardly lean through the open window to reach it...... unless you have super long arms. The dryer timer is also pretty short, so hustle up once the green light goes on. I did like the quality of the wash itself, although the premium one will set you back $10. read more

Gas station itself (gas pumps) is fine. The pumps are a bit old and run down, but it's fine. It's the car wash that is not ideal. It's brushless and even when you buy the most expensive wash, it doesn't clean your car. Save your money and use a different car wash. read more

You know what you get when you buy a $6 car wash?? A $6 CAR WASH! I am NOT joking here: I looked at my car after going through this wash and it was as if it never went through at all. It looked dirty!! I just stared at my car and couldn't believe it. It wasn't even that dirty to begin with. I won't be going back. I'll spend a few bucks more, go down the street to Classic Car wash and it get it done right (no, this isn't a plug for them). At least if you're not happy there they'll re-wash your car! read more

Car wash is fine, just make sure you align in the middle of the machine. But the gas pumps are awful - hard to keep the nozzle in the gas tank, requires enormous hand strength to operate, and except when I buy a car wash, never gives a receipt. read more

Don't go here. I've had my brand new car for a month now and decided to get it washed since it was dirty and had bird poop on my windshield. Spent 10 bucks for "the works". The back end of my car is still wet and there is still bird poop on my windshield. The "trac off" light on my car came on, pulled over and there are scratches underneath my car. I usually frequent this fast, easy, fairly-priced car wash with my two cars. Never had a problem before. Well today I made another visit to the car wash and bought "The Works" wash ($10.00). Upon returning home after going through the wash, this being a five minute drive from my apartment, I found I could draw a line down the side of my car! Upon grumbling a few times I returned to the station, a five minute drive again mind you (this will be a theme), to ask for a refund. I entered the station and described the situation to the attendant who was also the Assistant Manager (it said so on his name badge). When he asked me for my receipt I suddenly remembered I had thrown it out when I pulled into my parking stall!! No problem I thought, I was JUST here surely he would remember me from not TEN minutes ago. Au contraire, he claimed that I would have to come back in one week when the code expires. "Why?", I said "I just went through your wash and I would like one now, I can draw a line in my car." This little exchange went back and forth for near of a minute. Then he claimed he couldn't complete the transaction with out the proof of purchase. I rolled my eyes at the irony and began to recite my number off the paper from memory. He grumbled a little and asked if I paid with cash or card to which I respond "card". He became quite chipper and said oh I can't refund from a card. This being a steaming pile coming from a member of the service industry I countered again with "I was just here." He looked up the number I gave him and grumbled again noting my accuracy to himself. People are piling up behind me in the Que. After handing me the cash money he said I would have to write my name and phone number down to confirm the accuracy of my statements to a representative. Now this is a violation of consumer at its core and I could have gotten angry and stormed out, but I decided to call his bluff and happily wrote down my actual name and phone number on the very receipt he gave me. It would be my pleasure to speak to someone regarding this matter as I have never been this poorly treated at a car wash. It disappoints me that I will have to go to a farther for a half decent wash at a fair price. read more
