I went in to buy a Mexican Coke before my shuttle arrived. The young lady behind the counter asked if I would like a free pack of gum because it was a special they had that day. I said sure. She rang me up and charged me for the gum. I didn't have to time for her to reverse the charge and she says she would fix it. I ran out to grab my shuttle. I called a few days later and had to leave a message no response. I have left a few messages with no return call. If it's free than it's free you charged me and that is NOT ok. I love this place, especially when the cheap car wash is open. Unfortunately, it's usually broken or won't accept my credit cards. If you're driving back to Vegas after a dirty weekend in Utah, stop at exit 2 to see if the car wash is open and to grab a root beer float (i.e., root beer with vanilla creamer). read more

TERRIBLE! Do not buy food or beverages at their store. They have NO PRICES listed on anything, so it's a big surprise when you get to the counter to pay. The prices are high, even for a convenience store. Stopped here while on a long road trip to fuel up and maybe buy a snack or two, but after asking the cashier why there were no prices for anything, I was told that "corporate does not allow us to list prices". Are you kidding? I did inquire about the prices for the two items in my hands (including a SMALL bag of Dots pretzels for $6.19). I said no thanks and left the snacks behind. If they can't list prices, I'm not inclined to buy. Went to Smith's grocery store across the street and got a LARGE bag of Dot's pretzels for $6.99. Restrooms and store seemed clean, otherwise I'd give fewer stars. I won't go back and I won't support them because they are being deceptive by not listing prices. I was in the St George area back in June 2021 and stopped here to fill up the gas tank before my trip back down to Southern California. I know the price of gas will continue to trend upwards, but it's still nice to get premium unleaded gasoline for under $4 per gallon. I didn't go inside, but the gas station outside was kept clean and the pump that I used was in good working condition. read more

Best gas, Best gas prices (with car wash) $3+ car wash, I recommend the $5 option. Free coffee / soft drink with any gas purchase. Clean restrooms and lobby and convenient location at the south end of St George. Happy driving and travels in your clean fueled up vehicle! read more

Driving from San Diego to Colorado quick stop for gas was amazing Charles was great friendly from the moment we walked in the door!

You would get a cleaner auto by just spraying it off with a hose and driving around. After paying for the "Best" $9.00 wash, other than being wet you couldn't tell it had been through the wash! It wasn't that dirty to begin with. The brushes that clean the rear didn't even touch the back of my Nissan Murano. I carry a micro towel to dry any water left after the blowers. There was lots of water still on the vehicle after the blowers. Didn't use the towel because of all the dirt that remained! Absolutely the worse wash ever!!!! read more

I came in around 1 pm 8/4/23 and used a cup to get ice and realized there wasn't any of the soda I wanted. Instead of putting a USED DIRTY cup back for someone else to have to use, I threw it away. The cashier proceeded to PULL IT OUT OF THE TRASH and PUT IT BACK. And to top it off I got the register and she tried to argue with me over "wasting inventory". Terribles gas station in Washington UT, you've lost my service. Disrespectfully calling customers out from across the store about mask wearing is not OK! This was a great place to stop on my long trip clean people were very nice and terrible's had the best cold brew coffee. They had a special when you fill up you get a free 32oz drink or a free 16oz coffee. I was already tired and had about 11 more hours to drive so I was worried about it so I got my free 16oz cold brew pounded it then went back in and bought a 2nd one to go the 2nd one I payed for was less then $2 So awesome love this place! read more

The name "Terrible" completely describes their car washes. One in Washington, Utah, and the other in St. George, in the vicinity of Sun River community. The wash just moves the dirt around and leaves black streaks of dirt on all of the windows, mirrors, and body. It never really reaches the back of the vehicle with water. They say the $3 wash will not do anything, but if you spend $5, $7, or $9, you get the same "Terrible" wash. the give you a discount for this "Terrible" car wash, no less. In addition, the Chevron gas at these stations are some of the higher priced gas in the St. George area. You can do much better getting gas anywhere else, then using a "real" car wash. read more

Worst gas station in St. George Utah. Not only are their gas prices higher than most, but they are dishonest and dont take initiative for their wrong doings. My wife took her car through their car wash, and as soon as she was out of the car wash she noticed that the car wash scratched up the side of her car. She immediately called me and we went inside to talk to the manager. They were initially nice and told us they were sorry about it. They got all of our information and filed a claim. We thought everything would be taken care of. 3 months later, nothing has been done, and they are trying to say we lied about the scratches when we have photo's to prove it. It is a little disheartening that they wont take responsibility for this. Any other car wash in St. George would in heart beat. Dont waste your time going to this piece of trash gas station. read more

I am a permanently disabled person. I was traveling to SLC and stopped to use the restroom. The employees would not allow me to use the restrooms because they said they were clea them. it is illegal when there is more than one restroom not to allow a handicapped person to use the restroom. These were very rude people and went against the law and don't care about human beings. I'm sorry I stopped there for gas. Show them you care by going to any other station in St. George. please boycott them. read more

Traveling to Utah we stopped to put gas at this location. Went in to use the restrooms , very clean and well maintained restrooms. They do have an ample variety of snacks and drinks. Overall a good location to stop put gas, use the restroom and grab a snack for the road. read more

I went into this convenient store as i do other ones, namely Maverik, to use the restroom and purchase snacks and a drink. No other convenient stores in this area require i mask so i walked in as usual. After i used the restroom i was going to get a soda. An employee walks up to me out of nowhere and hands me a mask. I'm like what is going on. So i just keep it in my hand, then I'm waiting in line behind several people and this employee out of nowhere singles me out and starts yelling at me to put a mask on. I let him know I'm exempt because i have a condition. He then goes into how they won't serve me if i don't put it on. I explained in more detail why i didn't have to wear one, he then basically says i don't care of you write a bad review, we won't serve you. Is this what it's coming down to Terribles?? You won't serve people unless they abide by your rules? You want to take out the convience and say if you don't wear a mask your not welcome? I own a business and to me that's throwing perfectly good revenue down the drain. I spend thousands at gas stations between gas, drinks and snacks. So i will just keep my business at Maverick while you watch that money walk out your door over a mask that doesn't do anything. Good luck read more
