This is the newest location for the esteemed franchise, freshly minted and the biggest, baddest monolith version I've yet seen. It had a huge kitchen area, bathrooms, snacks and something I've seen nowhere else in one of these inside, an actual seating area with tables and a counter. This place tends to be super-busy, so expect lines, but it's such a massive improvement over the former location 3 blocks West, it almost defies description. This is the new powerhouse of this city in this style of business and given it's newness, is clean, bright and shiny. I fill my gas tank 2 times a week. About 80 to 100 bucks a pop. I normally use the water spicket by the gas pumps to fill my equipment which cost mavrick very little money. Now all the mavricks have their water locked up. So I will use another gas station to fill my gas tank from now on. read more

Who knew using the facilities could be so invigorating. Plentiful gas stalls outside and inside there is a wraparound mural that makes you want to quickly take care of business so you can outdoor adventure in beautiful Utah. I use the self check out which required me to scan my card three different times before it finally worked, then the woman who was behind the counter left the counter to accuse me of trying to steal and said that it never ran my card even though my receipt was clearly shown. I had my two-year-old son in my arms and she had the audacity to yell at me in a room full of complete strangers that I was a thief. What a horrible place. What a horrible person read more

Like other people said...with the Cinnabon store inside this place gets an extra star. So many things have changed in St.George,they closed the Red Hills dollar theatre, the previous Maverick station by the pawn shop shut down and even the video/dvd store was under construction and renovation when i was last in town. But with this place replacing the old Conoco next door to Dennys it really is an upgrade. read more

Cinnabon inside! Yep, that's my main reason for stopping here. Hubby and I like stopping at Maverik when we are in Utah to fuel up and have a potty break and I always notice people walking out with food (muffins, breakfast burritos, etc.) and I haven't been brave enough to try any of that yet, but their Bodacious Bean coffee is pretty darn good. If you stop here enough then you should sign up for their Adventure Club Card which will currently save you 2 cents a gallon on gas, rack up Trail Points with each purchase to get you freebies and a virtual punch card (progressed is saved when you swipe your adventure club card) for drinks and more. You could also just download the app on your phone and sign up for rewards that way. They have seasonal drinks like Hot Chocolate with Mint Fudge and Peppermint Mocha Cappuccino that are both tasty. Inside is neat and clean and I am always impressed with how well they keep the bathrooms fresh and clean for the amount of foot traffic that comes through here. The best thing about this Maverik is the Cinnabon. I've stopped by in them morning and the evening and the morning is definitely the freshest. They have some packaged up for you already or if it's the morning/afternoon when they are there making them fresh you can simply ask for them to box some fresh up for you and they will no problem. If you stop by at night your only option is the packaged ones left out and while they say the rolls were made that day they never seem as fresh when I get home, so I make a point to stop by only in the mornings when they can box some up fresh. For a Cinnabon 2 Pack Classic it's $4.99 which is a great price considering it's about that much for a single Cinnabon in the mall. For an additional $0.49 cents you can add an extra frosting cup. Employees at this Maverik are friendly and overall this is a great place for a pit stop. read more

This Maverik is definitely an improvement from the old, rundown place that used to be here! Kind of hard to get out of the parking lot if you want to get on the freeway. The Cinnabon inside gets extra thumbs up! Even though this location is always busy, it is always clean and the cashiers are always friendly! Love! read more
