Convenient and fair prices. I stop by often when I travel between Sacramento and the bay area. Diesel is offered and that is about a dollar more per gallon - which is the going rate. Prices are fair - some stores still charge a dollar more per gallon - I'm not sure how certain stations choose to do this as they are usually few or no patrons. We are in the middle of this atmospheric river and I was surprised to see the automatic water sprinklers spraying water all over at midnight. Not only were the sprinklers spraying the trees but there was spraying all over the concrete. Puddling and pooling. I think thats necessary since we are in a drought. I'm not sure if its well water - if so they should put signs up about that. read more

I have not gone inside to the actual market, so my review is solely based on the pump and machine experience here. This gas station always has pumps that are working (and yes, someone might say, duh, that's what gas station pumps are supposed to do. I say, go tell them that at AM/PM because they ALWAYS have at least two pumps that are out of order). The machines never act up here and force me go inside (hence, why I haven't had to go in to pay or figure out what's wrong with the pump/machine). The screens are functional and are in great condition in appearance, everything is legible (again, shouldn't it be? Yes, refer to earlier comment, AM/PM has broken screens and buttons where you can't even see what you're paying for.) Though this gas is pricier than AM/PM, they are reliable and you can use your Safeway rewards here. It's also in a convenient location, so I'll continue to come here over other "cheap" gas stations. read more

I have been here many times before. I bring my own cup in and ask to get ice. It's always been free. It's frozen water cubes and it certainly doesn't cost $.50 to produce. I'm not racist what-so-ever but this is ridiculous racism from a middle eastern owned family/ obvious shop owner. Had it been your own that came in the owner/manager would have done what all your employees previously done "yeah go ahead". But I'm white so fuk me right? Chevron has the convenient store and a bathroom inside. Two pluses. Incredibly poorly managed Chevron - please go to another one. I filled up at the Chevron at 2615 Grant Line yesterday and the first two pumps I tried were out of service, but there was no sign or tape to warn you - only the payment screen had an error on it. Finally I found a pump that worked and I paid $7 more for a car wash after my fill up. The pump was so incredibly slow, it took about 15 minutes to pump 15 gallons. They must not change their filters or they have some other fundamental problem with their pumps. Then when I tried to receive my receipt for the car wash code, the pump receipt machine was OUT OF PAPER. So I had to go wait in line, inside where none of the workers were wearing masks (sorry, I don't care about politics, my mother died of COVID a few months ago). Finally, after about 25 minutes after my initial arrival at the station, I was told by the bad attitude blond woman at the register (no mask mind you) that the car wash was closing in a few minutes (and now there was about 10 cars in line). I asked for a refund because I had already waited almost 30 minutes. But the woman at the register who had a huge chip on her shoulder made it difficult to perform a simple refund. She pulled her cell phone out and spent 5 minutes calculating, who knows what, before she opens her register and gives me $3. On my receipt it clearly showed $7 that I had already paid via my CC card. She continued to calculate and continued to double down on her idiocy. I'm not sure if she was just uneducated and unable to comprehend basic math, or if she's skimming off the register. If you are a manager of this location, I hope you check your tills at the end of the night, especially the blond who in this case kept $4. I feel bad for the 15 or so people that were waiting in line for 10+ minutes while this woman pretended to do some math on her cell phone only to short me $4. Pretty shady Chevron. read more

Terrible customer service from the female red headed clerk. The manager Mike is also at fault for not being able to supply info to his clerk to help with my issue. I asked to speak with him as well and was refused. Their ATM malfunctioned during my transaction and only spit out half of my money. Neither of them had a course of action to solve the problem nor did they have a customer service number for the machine so I could handle it with them. Basically I left the store with 103.50 pending on my bank card and I only received $60 in cash. As a customer I had every reason to be frustrated and as the clerk it was her duty to at least maintain her composure and show empathy. Instead she raised her voice at me. I am addressing this with the corporate office and have filed a complaint. Both the clerk and manager were unprofessional. Even if you didn't have the right answers your job is to be courteous and patient and try to find the answer. I had just spent money on gas at your establishment so you had no reason to treat me that way, especially in front of other customers. read more

Stopped here yesterday to put air in my tires. After paying $1.50 for air the machine didn't work. I'm disabled so I asked my mom to go in and tell them something was wrong with it. The guy at the counter said we won't do anything about it because he put a sign on it saying it was out of order. She told him that there was no sign he insisted there was and told her his shift was ending soon so he had no time to deal with her and that if she wanted she could stand to the side and wait for the manager to come in for their shift. Never again will I take my car to the Chevron on Grant Line for a car wash! It is 1:24 and I was just given my car back! The originally quote me "just under an hour". Owner doesn't want to give me the time of day as he is walking around with Tran inspector. The guy picking weeds is apparently the manager. No price tags on anything in store.  Products priced unreasonably high, and you don't know until it rings up at the register.

Since I have a Chevron gas card. I came here only once. I was heading back home to Stockton so we filled up.

Great car wash here! Lots of different options, which included both machine and hand wash, tires, interior and vacuum. They take their time to make sure your ride shines. Reasonable prices too. (Only $2 extra for a van/suv.) Be sure to tip - they work these people work their tails off! read more

Horrible experience at this place. Been coming to this car wash for many years. Today arrived at 10:00 AM and over 1 Hr and still car not wash. I asked the manager how I been here over1 hour and maybe should hire more help. He said to me that there is an ad to get some help and told me if I knew anyone who wants a job,not my problem and he as the Manager should find a way to get more help for the workers he has working hard but not enough help. this is one of the worst car wash services in tracy, not to mention really slow and they never vacuum inside the car even when you pay for it! they don't even dry the car completely and they still average over an hour wait time, that's ridiculous. i tried to approach the manager and he completely dismissed me by saying " if you don't like our service then don't come back!" he refused to give me his name, but he was extremely arrogant and rude. needless to say i will never come back here plus the oil changes are extremely high and the customer service is awful which reflects the management. read more

The workers are friendly. They do a good job in cleaning my car. They hand dry your car which is nice after it's washed and cleaned. The waiting area has a shade and away from . traffic. Want to make the public aware when going to the Chevron car was on Grantline Rd Tracy Ca. I took my car there this past Saturday for a car wash. There was nothing wrong with my tires when my car entered the car wash. When receiving my car and driving away ... my tire light came on I had 7 percent air in my back right hand tire. I drove around and asked for the manager let him and three of his employees know the issue and none of them even cared about the damage to my tire and on top of all of this one of them looks under the tire and states there is a nail and that's all it took for the manger to tell me it was not his responsibility. Well today I received a call from the car dealership I towed my car and there was no nail. It was a puncture in the side wall of my tire that I believe was caused when the car went through the car wash! Heads up people and be aware that this place will rip you off not only did I leave there with a $400 bill for a new tire for my car but my $25 car wash was terrible. Please pay attention to your cars if you take your car here... as for myself I have learned my lesson. read more

If you are a Chevron card holder this station is crazy! Only 4 pumps out of 12 work with the Chevron card and it is your guess which ones! I myself think this is a way they have customers come into the store while you wait in line to use your card you buy something. Great marketing but not Chevron customer friendly!
