I was impressed with Chevy Chase Exteriors response to repair my kitchen and some of the living room ceilings which resulted from a roof issue. The roof was replaced. The roofing company was supposed to repair the ceiling but did not follow through. So I left messages with several companies however Chevy Chase Exteriors responded. They did a fantastic job. I am so delighted to have found Chevy Chase Exteriors for my pressure washing job. The price was excellent and the work even better. The crew was responsive to my requests and they did an excellent, meticulous job refreshing my house, garage and yard before I put my home up for sale. Even more important is how they treated my concerns. I thought that the high pressure water had dislodged a couple bricks, called Murray, the owner, about it and I had someone knocking on my door to fix the problem by 10 the next morning. As it turned out, it was my mistake and the brick that fell was from another part of the remodeling of my home. But instead of just leaving, Alex, who was there to fix whatever needed to be fixed and was as pleasant as could be, pointed up the brick on my front steps and did a terrific job matching the old grout exactly. And then beyond that, when I asked Murray what it might cost to replace a few of the bricks in the old patio in my backyard, he basically turned down the business, advising me not to do it because he didn't think it would improve the value of the house. So I can't say enough good things about Chevy Chase Exteriors. They do quality work, stand behind it, and have a tremendous amount of integrity. Finally, I love the fact that they have a social conscious and the causes they support, particularly their commitment not to use the cleaning products they previously purchased from Russia for as long as the Russian invasion of Ukraine persists.
