She works with my non agressive 90 pound German Shepherd zhusky mix who refuses to go in the back so we lock the front door and do it in the inside entry. He is a handful but Serina is great with him, talking to him as he yells with every nail. She has never caused bleedin, cracking or irritation. My cat is just the opposite and although a bit squirmy could care less if he gets his nails clipper. Serina is wonderful so ask for her. She goes out of her way to accommodate! A+ Pooch Parlor!!!

She is such a sweet girl with my husband and I but becomes aggressive, anxious and highly excitable in new situations. Lunging when on the leash around other dogs and barking uncontrollably when new people come to our house were 2 of the biggest problems we knew we needed help with. Lisa was recommended to us by another trainer as an expert on training dogs with behaviors such as Lucy's. We were not at all familiar with over reactive dogs but Lisa right away upon introduction was able to assess and offer positive guidance on how we can help Lucy. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and experienced but she has a calm manner that is very reassuring. Almost immediately with her specialized help we noticed improvement in certain areas. We like the individual attention and appreciate the small class size. The lessons are broken down into a manageable size and not overwhelming. Also the training booklet includes lots of tips and examples and has been very helpful to use at home while working with Lucy. Lisa is not only wonderful with dogs but with pet parents too! He did not receive his prescribed medication, was left out in bad weather, and suffered severe injuries to his paws -- the pads were split open, and he could barely walk for days. This all happened over the course of just three days. Since then, he's been anxious and fearful, even when we leave him at home for short periods. It's heartbreaking to see him this way after what he went through. We trusted this facility to care for our family member, and that trust was completely broken. They claimed that the blind dog, Daisy, is blind now due to repeat untreated eye infections that she had and that my dog, Stella, has seizures due to head trauma from being abused. They are going to continue using Gidget (a dog from Stella's previous litter) for breeding for this reason. My vet completely disagrees with their theory and says that my dogs seizures could not be caused from head trauma. She has had several seizures since we adopted her in January, so they diagnosed her with epilepsy, and it is a heartbreaking condition. It isn't ethical or worth it to risk breeding dogs that have a chance of passing on any health condition. There are perfectly healthy dogs that are being euthanized in overcrowded shelters every day. This breeder did sell puppies from this guardian home that severely abused and neglected their dogs, and took zero accountability for doing business with them for any amount of time. Please consider rescuing a dog that needs a good home from a shelter before buying one from a breeder. Any puppy bought from this breeder is coming at the expense of one of the 10+ parent dogs still living on this "farm" that are being used to produce back to back litters. You can find labradoodles/golden doodles in shelters and rescues too.
