I need a quick adjustment, not the x-ray and the insurance paper work and the 60 minutes wasted with all the BS. Their business model is simple: come in, get your adjustment and be on your way. Oh, and it only $25. Typically, I get my hips, lower, mid and upper back and neck adjusted each time I am in, but they also do all the other typical joints, wrists, elbows, knees, shoulders, etc. I've been seeing Dr Bronson in the Fort Collins office (College & Harvard) for probably 5 years or more. I've also been to the office South Fort Collins office (Harmony & Timberline), both Greeley offices and the Longmont office. I have seen some chiropractors in town, and wasn't thrilled, which is exactly why when a saw a $25 Adjustments sign many years ago, I was skeptical... but I've gone back over and over, and never hesitated to recommend them to family, friends and acquaintances. They don't know ANY of my medical history, and refused to see me the day prior to my appt that had been scheduled for NINE MONTHS. I have posted this exact scenario on Facebook, but it gets deleted every time and I now my profile is "blocked." Guess we don't want the people of Cheyenne to know the truth. Lana Sykes technically is who I was scheduled to see. Almost comical how she was highly recommended by the hospital when we first moved here due to the complexity of my medical conditions, however this is not a doctor we would ever trust to treat a patient that has any issues beyond possibly a sinus infection. Pathetic excuse for a "doctors office" and even more sad that an office manager can call a patient derogatory names and get away with it. Guess we will continue to travel over 14 hours away fro good medical care and where doctors actually care about you. Editing to add: whomever is in charge of their social media also went onto my personal page and broadcast my supposed medical information, except the medication she claimed I asked for is a medication I cannot take as my body does not process it properly. What occurred was a hipaa violation, and I will be reporting this to the proper authorities. Why the doctor would be okay with this happening under her name, I will never understand. His hygienists are awesome and they try to make sure you have the same hygienist every visit. I have had a couple of crowns over the years and the first one was the old put it in, take it out adjust it and try again for about 30-45 minutes. The new way of doing it they take a 3D image and when it comes in it only takes about 10 minutes to fit it and you're good to go. Also offer a cash discount!

She was seen in California but once we moved we decided to try this office. Brought her in and the care was fine, it wasn't anything super great. Found out she had a few cavities that needed taken care of and one on her molar that needed extra attention. No big deal, as a parent I was an idiot to think my child this young could handle brushing on her own . Went up to the front and they scheduled her appointment with High Plains Surgical Center to just do everyone in one bang. It was set for August 22nd. I was encouraged by the dentist to do it this way as "too many sessions and the child starts to not take the experience too well." I realized later on that the next day would be the first day of school. I called them and asked for it to be rescheduled because she has never been put under anesthesia before and I didn't want to risk her missing her first day. I told them that anytime before the 22nd was perfectly fine. I was told I would be called back to talk to the lady that was scheduling those appointments and that she would call back right away. I waited for days on a call back and it didn't happen. I called them again and left the voicemail letting them know I was still waiting. The lady who does scheduling called back and stated "well we tried to call you" which wasn't true. She proceeded with rescheduling and told me there was no availability until September 25th. And I'm thinking dang! They want her to wait 3 months? Whatever. I took the date and she said I would be put on a cancellation list. Fast forward end of July and the molar had gotten infected. It was swollen, red, looked like there was a zit on her gum. Since it was a Sunday I took my daughter to urgent care to get antibiotics started. Got amoxicillin and went home intending to call them the next day. I called them and let them know that her tooth is now infected and needs to be address as soon as possible. The receptionist told me she would call me back and let me know what they could do. 8 days later... no call back. On the 8th day of the 10 day dosage I woke my daughter up and noticed her face was swollen and she was itchy. Clearly she was having an delayed allergic reaction (as I did her age) and promptly took her to the ER. She was treated and then we went home. I called the office again and let them know hey, she has now had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics and would really like to bring her in to be seen so there is a visual on the tooth. Again, was told I would get a call back. I have not heard from them since. Its been almost a month. In the meantime I had enough, I made an appointment with Apline Dental where I am a patient and had an AMAZING experience for her. While they were upfront and let me know they did not have the tools needed to properly handle the situation, they were calling around to see where they could get her in to have the tooth extracted as it was still infected. They found another pediatric dentist that was willing to take her the following Monday and scheduled everything for me. I have made the statement that I have not heard from them, but my husband who was TDY in another state sure did. They were having an issue with our insurance that needed cleared up but didn't have the time of day to take care of my child. When he requested her record be sent over to Apline Dental, they said nothing and just emailed him the form to fill out and send back. Being the first time being seen by a pediatric-specific office... it was a huge disappointment.
